كان الشيء الأكثر إثارة بالنسبة لي هو أن التواجد مع الناس لم يكن دائمًا مرضيًا. على الرغم من وجودي معهم ، شعرت بالفراغ التام. الآن أدرك أن هذا لأنني لم أعط نفسي الفرصة لأكون وحدي مع نفسي.
الشعور بالوحدة وعدم الاهتمام وضغط المجتمع
حتى لو لم تكن على علم بذلك ، فإن المجتمع يبقيك تحت الضغط. ليس فقط الأشخاص من حولك ، ولكن المعتقدات والإعلانات والأفلام .. يجب أن يكون لديك شريك وأطفال ، يسعى الكثير من الناس لتحقيق شيء ما ، حتى لو كان لا يزال يبدو أنه القاعدة، دعونا لا ندخل في موضوع الأصدقاء! إذا كنت قد تغيرت ، فمن الصعب حقًا التخلي عن الأصدقاء القدامى الذين لا تشترك معهم بعد الآن.
غالبًا ما نعتقد أنه يجب أن تكون لدينا علاقة طويلة الأمد ، ويجب علينا بالتأكيد عدم السماح لهم بالرحيل ، لأن إنهاء هذه العلاقة سيعني نهاية حياتنا الاجتماعية، لكنك تعلم أنه يمكنك تكوين صداقات جديدة ، أليس كذلك؟ يمكنك أيضًا العثور على شريك جديد. لا تقيد نفسك. لكن الناس يميلون إلى فعل ذلك.

الشعور بالوحدة النفسية

هذه مجرد أمثلة قليلة قد تسهل عليك اختيار مسارات أخرى. لأن الصدق مع نفسك يستحق كل شيء.
الخوف من الوحدة في المنزل
عندما أدركت أخيرًا خوفي من أن أكون وحيدًا ، أدركت أيضًا أن تقديري لذاتي كان منخفضًا جدًا. محاولة الحصول على الموافقة ، إلقاء اللوم على نفسه لما يشعر به الآخرون والقلق بشأن رفض الناس لي … كل هذا كان ما كنت أفعله.
