_ اللهم إني عبدك، ابن عبدك، ابن أمتك، ناصيتي بيدك، ماض في حكمك، عدل في قضائك. أسألك بكل اسم هو لك سميت به نفسك، أو علمته لاحداً من خلقك، أو أنزلته في كتابك، أو استأثرت به في علم الغيب عندك، أن تجعل القرآن الكريم ربيع قلبي، ونور صدري، وجلاء حزني، وذهاب همي، وغمي، وأن ترح قلبي، وتزيل عني همومي،ونفث اللهم كربي عاجلًا غير آجل، إنك نعم المولي ونعم المصير، واللهم لا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله.

حثنا النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم على أن نلجأ إلى الله تعالى إذا أصابنا هم أو كرب، وقال الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم: (ما أصابَ أحدًا قطُّ همٌّ ولا حَزنٌ فقال: اللَّهمَّ إنِّي عَبدُك، وابنُ عبدِك، وابنُ أمتِك، ناصِيَتي بيدِكَ، ماضٍ فيَّ حكمُكَ، عدْلٌ فيَّ قضاؤكَ، أسألُكَ بكلِّ اسمٍ هوَ لكَ سمَّيتَ بهِ نفسَك، أو أنزلْتَه في كتابِكَ، أو علَّمتَه أحدًا من خلقِك، أو استأثرتَ بهِ في علمِ الغيبِ عندَك، أن تجعلَ القُرآنَ ربيعَ قلبي، ونورَ صَدري، وجَلاءَ حَزَني، وذَهابَ هَمِّي، إلَّا أذهبَ اللهُ عزَّ وجلَّ همَّهُ، وأبدلَه مكانَ حَزنِه فرحًا، قالوا: يا رسولَ اللهِ! يَنبغي لنا أَن نتعلَّمَ هؤلاءِ الكلماتِ؟ قال: أجَلْ، ينبغي لمَن سمِعَهنَّ أن يتَعلمَهنَّ).

من ضمن الأدعية التي أمرنا الله الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم أن ندعو بها إذا أصابنا هم أو كرب، دعاء ذا النون عليه وسلم: ((دَعْوةُ ذي النُّونِ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنْتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ، فإنَّها لم يَدْعُ بها مُسلمٌ ربَّه في شيءٍ قَطُّ إلَّا استَجابَ له).
وثبت أن الرسول صلى الله عليه قال لأسماء بنت عميس رضي الله عنها: (ألا أعلِّمُكِ كلِماتٍ تَقولينَهُنَّ عندَ الكَربِ أو في الكَربِ؟ اللَّهُ اللَّهُ ربِّي لا أشرِكُ بِهِ شيئًا).

آيات لفك الكرب الشديد
هناك عدد من الآيات ينصخ بترديدها عند الشعور بالاكتئاب أو الحزن، أو عند الإصابة بالكرب أو الهم، ومن هذه الآيات ما يلي: سورة الفاتحة ، آية الكرسي من سورة البقرة ، الآيات 285، 286 من سورة البقرة: “آمَنَ الرَّسُولُ بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْهِ مِن رَّبِّهِ وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ كُلٌّ آمَنَ بِاللَّهِ وَمَلَائِكَتِهِ وَكُتُبِهِ وَرُسُلِهِ لَا نُفَرِّقُ بَيْنَ أَحَدٍ مِّن رُّسُلِهِ وَقَالُوا سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا غُفْرَانَكَ رَبَّنَا وَإِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيرُ (285) لَا يُكَلِّفُ اللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا لَهَا مَا كَسَبَتْ وَعَلَيْهَا مَا اكْتَسَبَتْ رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِن نَّسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا رَبَّنَا وَلَا تَحْمِلْ عَلَيْنَا إِصْرًا كَمَا حَمَلْتَهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِنَا رَبَّنَا وَلَا تُحَمِّلْنَا مَا لَا طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِهِ وَاعْفُ عَنَّا وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا وَارْحَمْنَا أَنتَ مَوْلَانَا فَانصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ”.

من السور التي تزيل الهم والكرب بإذن الله تعالى: (سورة الإخلاص _ الفلق _ الناس _ آية الكرسي كما ذكرنا من قبل، فهذه السور لها فضل كريم، وبإذن الله تكون سببًا في جلاء همك وكربك.
قال رسول الله صلي الله عليه وسلم: عشر تمنع عشرة: “الفاتحة تمنع غضب الله، يّس تمنع عطش القيامة، الدخان تمنع أهوال القيامة، الواقعة تمنع الفقر، الملك تمنع عذاب القبر، الكوثر تمنع الخصومة، الكافرون تمنع الكفر عند الموت، الإخلاص تمنع النفاق، الفلق تمنع الحسد، الناس تمنع الوسواس”، صدق رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فاحرص أخي على أن تكون هذه السور لها نصيب في وقتك وويومك، واحرص على ترديدها باستمرار.

وقت استجابة الدعاء
هناك أوقات حثنا الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم على أن نكثر من الدعاء فيها، فهي من أوقات استجابة الدعاء بإذن الله، من هذه الأوقات:
_ الثلث الأخير من الليل، حيث ثبت عن الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم، أن الله تعالى ينزل إلى سماء الدنيا فَيَقُولُ: هَلْ مِنْ سَائِلٍ يُعْطَى؟، هَلْ مِنْ دَاعٍ يُسْتَجَابُ لَهُ ؟ هَلْ مِنْ مُسْتَغْفِرٍ يَغْفِرُ لَهُ؟، حَتَّى يَنْفَجِرَ الصُّبْحُ».
_ وفال الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم: (إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يَبْسُطُ يَدَهُ بِاللَّيْلِ لِيَتُوبَ مُسِيءُ النَّهَارِ، وَيَبْسُطُ يَدَهُ بِالنَّهَارِ لِيَتُوبَ مُسِيءُ اللَّيْلِ، حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا).
