أثبت دراسة برازيلية، أن معظم النساء يشعرن بالراحة، بعد الزواج، فتهملن أنفسهن، وهو ما يترتب عليه زيادة في وزنها، لاعتقادها بأنّها قد تزوّجت، وبأنّ زوجها لن يهتمّ إذا اكتسبت الوزن أو فقدته، لاعتقادها بأنّه يجب أن يحبّها بالشاكلة التي هي عليها، وهو اعتقاد خاطئ لأن الزوج يحب دائمًا أن يرى زوجته جميلة، وليس من الجيد أن يرى الزوج زوجته تهمل في نفسها.
وأشارت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الزوجة التي تريد كسب قلب زوجها، عليها أن تسأل نفسها سؤال، هل زوجها راضياً عن شكلها ومظهرها؟ فإذا علمت بأنّ وزنها الزائد يرعجه وغير راضي به، فينبغي عليها أن تبادر إلى إنقاص وزنها، وإذا لم يكن راضياً عن طريقة لبسها، فيجب أن تكتشف الثياب التي يريد زوجها أن ترتديها.
الثقة بالنفس:
عليكي أن تكون واثقة من نفسك، لأن الثقة بالنفس قادرة على إصلاح الكثير من الأمور وعلاجها، وهذا من شأنه أن يعيد ثقة الزوج بزوجته، ويجعله يقيم علاقة متينة مع زوجته قائمة على الحب والاحترام.

_ اللهمّ اغفر ذنبه وطهّر قلبه وحصّن فرجه، اللهمّ سخّره لي، وسخّرني له، اللهمّ جمّله في نظري، وجمّلني في نظره.
_ اللهم ارزقني حبه ورضاه وصدق حديثه وإن غضب علي فألجم فاه بكلمة “لا إله إلا الله” وأسكن غضبه بـ لا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله.
_ أعوذ بك اللهم من كل عمل يسخط زوجي علي، كما أعوذ بك ربنا من كل فعل يحول قلبه عني.
