ما هو حشو العصب، يعد حشو العصب أحد العلاجات التي يقوم بها أخصائي الأسنان، للحفاظ على لب السن الملتهب أو الميت، وحشو العصب عبارة عن مادة لينة تحتوي على كل من العصب، والنسيج الضام، والأوعية الدموية، وفي السطور التالية يقدم موقع معلومة لك كافة المعلومات المتعلقة بحشو العصب وأهميته للحفاظ على صحة الأسنان.

أسباب حشو العصب
يلجأ الطبيب إلى القيام بحشو العصب وذلك للأسباب التالية:
- وجود انتفاخ في منطقة السن، هذا الانتفاخ ينتشر في مناطق مختلفة من الوجة، أو الرقبة، أو الرأس.
- موت لب السن، أو فقدان السن تمامًا.
- فقدان العظام حول طرف جذر السن.
طريقة حشو العصب
حشو العصب يتم في ثلاث خطوات خلال جلسة إلى ثلاث جلسات، وهذه الخطوات الثلاثة هي كالتالي:
- تنظيف قناة الجذر: في هذه الحالة يقوم الدكتور بتنظيف قناة الجذر، وإزالة كل ما بداخله، ويقوم في هذه الحالة بإزالة نسيج اللب المصاب والميت، عن طريق استخدام أدوات دقيقة.
- ملء قناة الجذر: في هذه الحالة يقوم بتنظيف الأسنان، وتطهير هذه المنطقة المجفوفة باستخدام قنوات دقيقة
- ثم يقوم الطبيب بحشو السن بمادة مطاطية، عن طريق استخدام مادة لاصقة.
- بعد أن يقوم الطبيب بإزالة قناة الجذر، فإ المريض سيفقد القدرة على الاحساس بأي ألم، وذلك لأن الأنسجة العصبية قد تمت إزالتها
- إضافة حشوة للسن: في هذه الحالة يقوم الطبيب بإضافة تاج أو حشوة للسن لحمايته، لأن السن في هذه الحالة يكون أكثر هشاشة مما كان عليه قبل حشو العصب، وبعد تركيب التاج يستطيع المريض استخدام السن بمنتهى السهولة.
هل حشو العصب مؤلم
في الماضي كانت عملية حشو العصب مؤلمة، ولكن الآن مع استخدام التقنيات الحديثة، أصبحت عملية حشو العصب أقل ألما مما كانت عليه من قبل، وذلك بفضل استخدام الأدوات والتقنيات الحديثة، والمخدرات، التي تجعل الطبيب لا يشعر بأي ألم.
ما هو تمويت العصب
أجاب الدكتور خالد المليجى استشارى طب وجراحة الفم والأسنان، إن تمويت العصب أو علاج حشو العصب، أو علاج الجذور هى مسميات لنفس أسلوب العلاج، حيث يقوم الطبيب في هذه الحالة بإزالة العصب من القناة العصبية الموجودة فى جذر السنة، ووضع حشو مكان هذا العصب المزال.
متى يحتاج الطبيب إلى إجراء حشو العصب
- في حالة الإصابة السن، أو الضرس بالتسوس، ولم يعالج.
- في حالة إصابة السن بشرخ أو كسر.
- في حالة تعرض السن لصدمة أو ضربة.
- السقوط أو ارتطام الوجه بسطح صلب.
سعر حشو العصب
تختلف أسعار حشو العصب من طبيب إلى آخر، ولكن أسعار حشو العصب تتراوح ما بين:
- سعر حشو العصب الأملغم 20 0 جنيه مصري
- سعر حشو الضرس كومبوزيت 240 جنيه مصري
- سعر حشو الضرس أيونومر 240 جنيه مصري
- سعر حشو الجذر للأسنان الأمامية من غير الحشو المملغم 340 جنيه مصري
- سعر حشو الجذر للأسنان الأمامية والخلفية 480 جنيه مصري
أضرار حشوة العصب
هناك أضرار تحدث أثناء عملية حشوة العصب منها ما يلي:
- يحتاج السن إلى الحفر بعمق أكبر لدرجة تترقق معها جدران السن مما يؤدي لكسره.
- في بعض الحالات قد يتعرض السن إلى التشقق وفي هذه الحالة قد يحتاج الطبيب إلى قلع السن.
- في بعض الحالات قد تكون عملية حفر السن صعبة جداً بسبب تضيق السن أو تكلسه.
أما عن الأضرار التي تحدث بعد عملية حشو العصب فهي كالتالي:
قد يتعرض السن إلى الالتهاب بعد عملية الحشو وعلى أثر هذا الالتهاب تحدث الأضرار التالية:
- تسرب المواد المستخدمة في الحشو إلى السن.
- عدم الاعتناء بنظافة الفم.
- قد يمتلك المريض لقناة ضرس زائدة، لم ينتبه لها الطبيب عند القيام بالعملية مما يؤدي إلى فشلها.
- هناك حالات ينتج عن حشوات العصب تغير تلون الضرس بلون مغاير لبقية الأسنان، كاللون الأصفر أو البني أو الرمادي، هذه الحالة قد تكون بسبب مشكلة جمالية، في هذه الحالة يقوم طبيب الأسنان بنبييض الضرس المتأثر، أو استعمال الحشوات الضوئية أو القشور لتغطية الضرس.
ما الفرق بين الحشو العصب والحشو العادي
حشو العصب قد يحتاج زيارة واحدة فقط للمريض، إلا في حالة تواجد مشاكل أخرى مثل صديد الضرس أو هناك بكتيرية، في هذه الحالة يستغرق الحشو زيارتين أو ثلاثة على الأكثر.
أم الحشو العادي، يستغرق حوالي 10 دقائق، ويعني حشو الجزء الخارجي من الضرس، على عكس حشو الجذر الذي يحتاج إلى أن ينزل حتى الجذر ويقوم الطبيب بتنظيف مكان العصب، ويحشى مكانه بمادة مماثلة للعصب، ويستغرق من نصف ساعة إلى 45 دقيقة.
