- لا يحب المراهقين: الشعور مبكرا بالأوقات المدرجة وخصوصا تجاه النوم، إلا أن هناك العديد من الأشياء بصفتك أحد الوالدين القيام بها، لتسهيل التعامل مع المشكلة قليلاً.
