- حيث أظهرت الدراسات أن البوليفينول الموجود في الشاي الأسود يعمل على التخلص من الوزن الزائد عن طريق تكسير الدهون، وتعزيز نمو البكتيريا النافعة في الأمعاء، ولكن فرط النمو لهذه البكتريا قد يسبب سوء التغذية، لذا ينبغي الحذر.
- كما أنه خال من السعرات الحرارية تقريبا، كما وجدت دراسة أخرى أجريت على 111 شخصًا أن أولئك الذين تناولوا 3 أكواب من الشاي الأسود يوميًا لمدة ثلاثة أشهر، فقدوا وزنًا ملحوظا على متسوى البطن والخصر مقارنة بالمجموعة الأخرى.
هل شرب الشاي يحرق الدهون؟
- كما وجدت دراسة أخرى أجريت على 2734 امرأة أن أولئك الذين تناولوا كميات أكبر من الأطعمة والمشروبات الغنية بالفلافونويد مثل الشاي الأسود، لديهم دهون أقل بكثير من المجموعات الأخرى التي تناولت كميات أقل.

- أبحاث: وفي دراسة أجريت على 144شخصا بالغًا يعانون من السمنة المفرطة، خصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن شرب مشروب يومي يحتوي على ملعقتين كبيرتين (30 مل) من الخل يوميًا، يؤدي إلى انخفاض كبير في وزن الجسم ومحيط الخصر ودهون البطن.
- تآكل الأسنان: كما يمكن تناوله مع الأطباق الرئيسية أو الوجبات الخفيفة، ومع ذلك تجدر الإشارة إلى أن المشروبات الحمضية مثل خل التفاح يمكن أن تؤدي إلى إضعاف مينا الأسنان، ولهذا ينصح تناولها باعتدال (مرة واحدة في اليوم + الجرعة المطلوبة مع المشروب اليومي).
