نصائح هامة للمذاكرة ليلة الامتحان
- اتباع نظام غذائي صحي: تناول الأطعمة التي تحتوي على نسبة كبيرة من الدهون قد يجعلك تشعر بحالة من النعاس، ولكن تناول أطعمة صحية تحتوي على العديد من العناصر الغذائية، وتحتوي على نسبة جيدة من الألياف يجعلك تشعر بالنشاط وعدم الخمول، ومن أنواع هذه الأطعمة مثل: السلطات _ العدس _ الفواكه والخضروات.
- جدول مناسب للنوم: لا تفرط في النوم، ولا تنام بمعدل قليل، فالسبب الرئيسي للشعور بالنعاس هو عدم الحصول على قسط كاف من النوم على مدار اليوم، فيجب تخصيص جدول مناسب للنوم بمعدل 7 إلى 8 ساعات كل ليلة، وذلك للحفاظ على صحة جيدة، وإن لم تستطع أن تأخذ القدر الكافي من النوم يجب أن تحصل على القيلولة في منتصف النهار.
- احرص على تناول كمية كافية من المياه: وذلك لأن عدم شرب الماء بكميات كافية يجعلك تشعر بالنعاس أثناء المذاكرة، ويؤثر بشكل سلبي على تركيزك، ويجعلك تشعر بالنعاس.
- الحركة: الجلوس لفترات طويلة قد يؤدي إلى زيادة شعورك بالخمول، وعدم الرغبة في المذاكرة والتوجه إلى النوم، وكل ما عليك القيام هو التحرك في الغرفة ذهابًا وإيابًا، المشي في المنزل، لا تحتاج إلى الذهاب إلى صالات الجيم، فقط يجب عليك المشي لزيادة معدل تدفق الدم في الجسم.
- لا تجلس على المذاكرة لفترات طويلة: الوقت المثالي للمذاكرة بشكل متواصل هما ساعتين فقط، ويمكن تقسيهم، بمعنى كل 25 دقيقة تجلس قليلًا لكي ترتاح في مدة تقدر بنحو 5 دقائق.
- خلال وقت الراحة انهض ومارس الرياضة، وتنفس، وقم بالمشي والحركة لزيادة معدل تدفق الدم في الجسم.
- لاتذاكر في منطقة النوم: المذاكرة في المكان الذي يتواجد فيه السرير، أو المذاكرة على السرير يجلك تشعر بالرغبة في النوم، والراحة، لذا يفضل فصل منطقة الدراسة عن منطقة النوم.
نصائح للتغلب على النوم أثناء المذاكرة
- كلما شعرت بالنعاس في وقت غير وقت النوم قم بغسل وجهك بالماء هذا الأمر يساعدك على التخلص من النعاس وعدم الرغبة في النوم.
- تناول العلكة: استخدم العلكة أثناء المذاكرة يساعدك على يقلل من فرص النوم أثناء المذاكرة، ويجعلك تشعر بالمزيد من النشاط.
- تجنب الإفراط في تناول المشروبات التي تحتوي على نسبة كبيرة من الكافيين: شرب القهوة والشاي وغيرهم من المشروبات التي تحتوي على نسبة كبيرة من الكافيين ضار بالصحة، لذا ينصح بعدم تناول أكثر من 500-600 ملج من الكافيين في اليوم.
يوم قبل الامتحان
ربما تجد نفسك قبل ليلة الامتحان بيوم، ويتبقى يوم واحد على ليلة الامتحان، وأنت لا تدري ماذا تفعل، لا تقلق اتبع النصائح التالية:
- ابحث عن مكان جيد للدراسة: ابتعد عن الأماكن التي بها ضوضاء، أو أماكن ترفيهية، أو أماكن النوم، وذاكر في أماكن تبعث على الهدوء والراحة، وتعتبر المكاتب من الأماكن المناسبة للمذاكرة.
- اغلق هاتفك أو افصل الانترنت: هذا الأمر يساعدك على التركيز أكثر في المذاكرة، ويقلل من فرص تشتتك عن المذاكرة.
- ذاكر العناصر الهامة بتركيز: وإن لم تحدد عناصر معينة للمذاكرة، فتواصل مع شخص تثق به واحصل منه على نسخة من العناصر الهامة التي ربما يأتي الامتحان منها.
- لخص ما قمت بمراجعته فهذا يساعدك على تذكر المعلومة في الامتحان.
- ذاكر بصوت عال: فهذا يساعدك على تذكر المعلومة، وحاول أن تقوم بشرح المعلومة كما لو كان هناك طالب أمامك.
- قم بكتابة المعلومات مرارًا وتكرارًا فهذا سيساعدك على تذكر المعلومة ويجعلها تلتصق بذاكرتك.
- قسم وقتك جيدًا، وضع النوم في الحسبان حتى لا تفقد تركيز أثناء الامتحان، وابدأ بالعناصر الهامة وذاكرها جيدًا.
