ماذا يعني تكيس المبيض؟
هو عبارة عن اضطراب في الهرمونات، ناتج عن اختلال التوازن الهرموني بسبب زيادة في الوزن أو لعوامل وراثية، وهو من أكثر الاضطرابات شيوعًا بين النساء.
كيف يحدث تكيس المبايض؟
في الطبيعي تمر البويضة كل شهر بدورة معينة (دورة الحيض) حتى تصل إلى حجم معين، وعندها تخرج من المبيض إلى قناة فالوب. لكن مع اضطراب الهرمونات تسلك البويضة منحنى آخر في أي من مراحل تطورها، وذلك إما:
- بمنع البويضة من الوصول إلى حجمها الطبيعي.
- وإذا وصلت لا يمكنها الخروج من المبيض.
- وإذا خرجت من المبيض لن تكون قادرة على أداء وظيفتها في التقاط الحيوان المنوي، بسبب تخزينها في المبيض قبل الخروج وفي هذه الحالة يظهر تكيس المبيض.
كم نسبة الحمل مع تكيس المبايض؟
نسبة الانتشار الكلية: في مصر وبلاد الشرق المتوسط، تحدث الإصابة بين واحدة من كل خمس نساء.
النسبة في مراكز تأخر الإنجاب: بالنسبة للنساء التي لديها مشاكل في الحمل، تظهر الإصابة داخل هذه المجموعة لكل 1 من بين كل 3 نساء.
أسباب تكيس المبايض
هناك بعض العوامل التي يكون لها دور في زيادة احتمالية الإصابة، ما بين:
- التاريخ العائلي أو (الاستعداد الوراثي)
- زيادة فى الوزن (السمنة)
- مقاومة الأنسولين
أعراض تكيس المبايض
تختلف شدة الأعراض باختلاف درجات تكيس المبايض، وتشمل هذه الأعراض المحتملة ما يلي:
- الألم في منطقة الحوض وهو ألم قد يكون خفيف أو حاد على جانب التكيس في المنطقة السفلية.
- انتفاخ البطن
- عدم انتظام الدورة الشهرية.
- زيادة الوزن.
- نمو الشعر الزائد في أماكن ظهوره المختلفة، على الوجه أو الصدر أو الظهر والأرداف.
أضرار تكيس المبايض:
- التواء المبيض وفي هذه الحالة قد تظهر أعراض مثل الغثيان وانخفاض تدفق الدورة الدموية إلى المبيض
وألم شديد في منطقة الحوض. - أو تمزقه وفي هذه الحالة من الممكن أن تظهرأعراض انتفاخ في البطن شعور بعدم الراحة
أو نزيف مهبلي وإذا كان بشكل غريز يجب طلب المساعدة الطارئة.

علاج تكيس المبايض
هناك أدوية متعلقة بـ تكيس المبايض مثل: ميلاتونين – خلاصة القرفة الإندونيسية – حمض الفوليك
وهناك أدوية متعلقة بالخصوبة، وذلك بناءا على تقرير الطبيب المعالج، أو قد يتم الاستعانة في هذه المرحلة بحبوب منع الحمل إذا كانت المريضة ترغب ذلك، إلى جانب تنظيم الدورة الشهرية.
وهناك حالات أخرى متعلقة بالجراحة، عن طريق اللجوء إلى التدخل العملي إذا لم يجدي العلاج الدوائي نفعا.
