في البداية قومي بإحضار المكونات التالية حتى واتبعي خطوات التحضير بالتفصيل:
المكونات:
- كوب من اللبن البودرة.
- كوب من الماء.
- كوب من الزيت النباتي.
- ثلاث حبات من صفار البيض.
- ثلاث قطع جبنة مثلثات.
- نصف كوب من النشا.
- ملعقة واحدة كبيرة من عصير الليمون.
- ملعقة صغير من الملح.
طريقة تحضير الجبنة الفلمنك للشيف حسن
- قومي بخلط اللبن البودرة مع الزيت والماء والنشا وصفار البيض في الخلاط جيدًا.
- نقوم بإضافة الجبنة المثلثات والملح مع عصير الليمون.
- أحضري طواجن صغيرة وضعي فيها خليط الجبنة الفلمنك
- قومي بوضع الطواجن داخل صينية مملوءة بالماء المغلي.
- ندخل الجبنة الفلمنك إلى الفرن على درجة حرارة منخفضة ، واتركيها لمدة ساعة من الزمن.
- قومي بوضع الجبنة في الرف الأسفل من الفرن.
- ثم قومي بإخراج الجنبة الفلمنك من الفرن، واتركيها تبرد ثم ضعيها في الثلاجة.
- أخرجي الجبنة الفلمنك وقطعيها، وبعد أن تجمد قومي باستخدامها في إعداد السندوتشات والهمبرجر وغيرها من الأكلات الأخرى.

على طريقة الشيف نجلاء الشرباشي سنتعرف على كيفية عمل الجبنة الفلمنك، في البداية أحضري المكونات التالية:
مكونات الجبنة الفلمنك للشيف نجلاء الشرباشي
- كوب ماء
- 3 مثلث جبنة
- نصف كوب نشا
- ملعقة صغيرة ملح
- ملعقة كبيرة عصير ليمون
طريقة تحضير الجبنة الفلمنك للشيف نجلاء الشرباشي
- في الخلاط الكهربائي قومي بوضع اللبن البودر، والزيت والماء والنشا وصفار البيض ويضاف الجبنة والملح وعصير الليمون
- ضعي الخليط في طواجن صغيرة، ثم ثومي بوضعهم فى صينية مملوءة بالماء المغلى ومفروش بأرضيتها فوطة أو قماش نظيف.
- أدخليها في الفرن على نار هادئة لمدة ساعة، وضعيها في الثلاجة لتبرد وتقطع وتقدم.

تعزز جهاز المناعة: تعمل الجبنة الفلمنك على تعزيز الجهاز المناعي، لكونها تحتوي على العناصر الغذائية اللازمة لتعزيز الجهاز المناعي، ورفع مستويات الفيتامينات في الجسم.
