الخبيزة المصرية أكلة في غاية الجمال، وتحتوي على العديد من العناصر الغذائية المفيدة، ولكن قبل معرفة طريقة تحضيرها لابد من تحضير المكونات التالية:
مكونات الخبيزة المصرية
نصف كيلو خبيزة.
لفة سلق.
لفة شبت.
لفة كزبرة.
نصف وعاء شوربة لحم.
ربع كوب أرز.
2 بصلة كبيرة.
4 ملاعق كبيرة سمن.
رأس ثوم مفروم ناعم.

طريقة تحضير الخبيزة المصرية
في البداية قومي بغسل الشبت والكسيرة، وقطعيهم قطع رفيعة جدًا، ثم قومي بوضعهم على الشوربة على درجة حرارة نار متوسطة.
قومي بغسل الأرز، وضعيه مع الشورية ليسبق بشكل جيد.
قومي بتنظيف ورقة الخبيزة والسلق جيدًا، وقطعيهم إلى قطع صغيرة، ومن الممكن وضعها كما هي من غير تقطيع مع السلقن ثم نضربهم فى الخلاط.
قومي بأخذ الخليط وضعيه مع الشوربة، إلى أن يصبح متماسك، ثم نضعه على النار.
قومي بفرم البصل إلى أن يصبح ناعمًا وضعيه مع السمن على النار، حتى يحمر البصل، ثم نضع الثوم المفروم عليها ثم الخبيزة، قومي بترك كافة المكونات على النار وقدميه ساخنًا.

أما عن طريقة عمل الخبيزة للست غالية، فهي كالتالي، ولكن في البداية إليكم مكوناتها:
مكونات عمل الخبيزة للست غالية
- 2 بصلة كبيرة.
- 4 ملاعق كبيرة سمن.
- رأس توم مدقوقة.
- حزمة كسبرة خضراء.
- نص وعاء شوربة لحم.
- 1/2 كيلو خبيزة ما يعادل(2 حزمة).
- حزمة سلق.
- حزمة شبت.
- ربع كوب أرز.
طريقة تحضير الخبيزة للست غالية
بعد شراء الخبيزة يجب عليكي أن تقومي بتنظيفها بشكل جيد وقومي بتقطيفها حتى يتم التخلص من العيدان الكبيرة ويصبح معكي الأوراق فقط.
قومي بغسل الشبت والكسبرة جيدًا.
قومي بسلق الخبيزة في قليل من الماء مع الكسبرة الخضراء.
تترك الخبيزة في الماء حتى تغلى ثم قومي بنشلها وغسلها بالماء في المصفاة حتى تبرد.
قومي بخلط الخبيزة مع الشوربة في الخلاط.
ثم نضعها على النار، ونضيف إليها الأرز المغسول أو الأرز المطهي سابقًا ثم نتركها لتغلي.
أما عن تحضير الطشة فهي كالتالي:
نضع ملعقة من الزبدة مع الثوم المهروس وملعقة من الملح مع القليل من فلفل الأسود في مقلاة على النار، ثم نقوم بتقليبه جيداً حتى يعطي لون ذهبي.
ثم نضيف الطشة إلى الخليط وهو على النار يغلي، ونتركه حتى ينضج تمامًا ثم نقدمها ساخنة.

في البداية إليكم المكونات:
مكونات الخبيزة للشيف حسن
- 5 جم ملح
- 5 جم فلفل
- 5 جم بهارات لحمه
- 50 جم سمن
- 50 جم ثوم مفروم
- 1 حزمه سلق مفروم
- 1 كيلو خبيزة ورق
- 4\1 حزمه كسبرة مفرومه
- 1 طماطم مبشورة
- 2 لتر شوربه
- 100 جم ارز مصرى
طريقة تحضير الخبيزة للشيف حسن
في البداية قومي بغسل الخبيزة جيدًا، وقطعيها مع السلق بالسكينة.
شوحي الثوم مع السمن ثم نضيف السلق ونقلبهم مع بعض جيدًا، ثم نضيف الكسبرة وخبيزة ورق، كما نضيف الطماطم وأرز ونتبلهم مع الملح والفلفل والبهارات ثم نضيف إليهم الشوربة ونتركها تستوي على نار هادئة.
ثم نضرب الخليط في في الخلاط، ونتركه على النار حتى يصل إلى مرحلة الغليان.
أما عن الطشة فهي كالتالي:
نشوح الثوم والكسبرة الناشفة وكسبرة خضراء في السمن في مقلاة على النار، ثم نضيف الطشة على الخبيزة ونتركها على النار قليلًا ثم نقدمها ساخنة.
