_في البداية قومي بوضع الخروب والسكر في عاء عميق على نار متوسطة.
_ثم قم بتحريك المزيج بمعلقة خشبية، حتى يذوب السكر، ويصبح كالكراميل.
_قومي بإضافة الماء إلى المزيج واتركيه يغلي لمدة 2- 3 دقائق تقريبًا.
_أزيل المزيج من على النار، واتركه حتى يهدأ.
_ثم استخدم المصفاة أثناء صب الخروب في الأكواب، ويمكن إضافة مكعبات الثلج.

_ضعي ماء في إناء على النار واتركيه حتى يغلي، ثم أضيفي إليه الخروب، واتركيه يأخذ غلوة.
_باستخدام المصفاة قومي بتصفية الخروب.
_ضعي الخروب والسكر والثلج، في الخلاط، واضربيهم جيدًا في الخلاط.
_ثم ضعيه في كاسات للتقديم.

_دع الخليط يبرد، ثم قومي بوضعه في الثلاجة، ويمكنك بعد ذلك وضعه في كاسات للتقديم.
