كوب ونصف من قطع الخبز المحمص.
3 ملاعق كبيرة من زيت الزيتون.
ملعقة ونصف كبيرة من عصير الليمون الطازج.
ملعقة صغيرة من الصويا صوص.

بعد أن قمتي بإحضار المكونات التي ذكرناها، حان وقت معرفة طريقة التحضير:
_في البداية قومي بتنظيف صدور الدجاج جيدًا، وقطعيها ثم شويها جيدًا.
_لتحضير صوص الدجاج قومي بخلط جميع المكونات مع بعضها البعض جيدًا.
_في حالة كون الدجاج لم يصبح محمصًا، ضعيه في الفرن لعدة دقائق.
_في النهاية ضعي الدجاج المحمص مع الخس والبندورة، وأضيفي لهم صوص السلطة بالجبنة، والخبز المحمص واخلط جيدًا.
