_ثم قومي بوضع زيت الزيتون في وعاء على النار، حتى يسخن تمامًا.
_ثم أضيفي البصل والجزر المفروم، إلى الزيت الساخن، مع الاستمرار في التقليب جيدًا.
_ثم نضيف إلى المكونات السابقة العدس مع الاستمرار في التقليب جيدًا مع المكونات.
_نضع الملح والفلفل الأسود، ورشة كمون مع الاستمرار في التقليب.
_ثم نضع الماء على الجزر والبصل والعدس، مع الاستمرار في تقليب جميع المكونات معًا جيدًا.
_ثم نترك الوعاء على النار متوسطة الحرارة، لمدة ربع ساعة.
_اخفضي درجة حرارة النار قليلًا لمدة نصف ساعة إضافية، حتى تتأكدى من أن جميع المكونات نضجت بشكل كامل.
_بمجرد ما تشعري أن قوام العدس والخضروات أصبح ثقل ارفعي الوعاء من على النار، ثم نضيف عصير الليمون مع الاستمرار في التقليب، حتى نحصل على التجانس المطلوب.
_ثم قدمي العدس ساخنًا مع العيش والبصل.

_اخفضي درجة حرارة النار على العدس، مع إضافة شرائح الثوم ومعجون الطماطم والكمون والملح والفلفل الأسود إلى العدس، واتركيه لمدة ساعة.
_جميع المكونات السابقة نضعها في الخلاط، ونضربهم جيدًا في الخلاط حتى يمتزجوا تمامًا.
_ضعي المكونات مرة أخرى في وعاء على النار، واتركيها حتى الغليان.
_ثم قدمي العدس على المائدة ساخنًا.

_بعد أن ينضج العدس تمامًا نرفع المواسير من الحلة، ونفرغها من محتواها، ثم نضيفه إلى الحلة، وفي النهاية قومي بفرم الخليط حتى يصبح شوربة.
_ضعي الثوم المفروم مع سمنة في الطاسة على النار، وقلبيها حتى تحمر، ثم أضيفي اليه العيش المقطع
_ في النهاية قدمي الشوربة مع العيش المحمص.
