مشاكل البشرة كتير، وأسبابها متعددة، ولكن طرق علاجها تطورت الآن، وأصبح هناك العديد من الطرق والأمور التي يمكنكي من خلالها تحسين بشرتك، وعلاجها، وجعلها ناضرة، ومن ضمن الطرق التي تحسن البشرة والتي ينصح بها خبراء التجميل طريقة تقشير البشرة، وتعد عملية تقشير البشرة من الأمور التي لها العديد من الفوائد للبشرة، ومن الروتين الأسبوعي الذي يحافظ على انتعاش البشرة وحيويتها ونضرتها، وفي هذا المقال سوف نتعرف على فوائد تقشير البشرة، وطريقة عملها من المنزل.

فوائد تقشير البشرة على البشرة
تعمل تقشير البشرة على العديد من الفوائد والتي منها:
_ إزالة خلايا الجلد الميت، والأوساخ المتواجدة على طبقة الجلد، لأن التقشير حينما يجف يقوم بإزالة خلايا الجلد الميت، والأوساخ المتواجدة التي على الجلد، مما يؤدي إلى أن إحياء البشرة، وجعلها أكثر نضارة، وحيوية من ذي قبل.
_ عند الاعتماد على أقنعة التقشير التي تحتوي على فيتامين c، وفيتامين e، ستبدين أكثر سنًا، وستبدوا بشرتك أصغر في السن، عند الاستخدام المنتظم لقناع التقشير، وستلاحظين الفرق في وقت قصير من استخدامك المستمر لقناع التقشير.
_ قناع التقشير يعمل على امتصاص على الدهون الزائدة المتواجدة في البشرة، كما أنه يعمل على فتح المسام الغلقة وتنقيتها، الأمر الذي يؤدي إلى جعل بشرتك أكثر رونقًا وطبيعية.
_ أقنعة التقشير على مضادات للالتهابات، فهي مفيدة لتهدئة وتبريد البشرة، كما يعمل قناع التقشير على إزالة الشعر من جذوره.
_ تسهيل امتصاص البشرة للمرطبان.
_ التخلص من حب الشباب، والبقع الداكنة، مواجهة الجذور الحرة التي تسبب حب الشباب.
طريقة عمل قناع تقشير الوجه من المنزل
قناع الجيلاتين لتقشير البشرة
المكونات:
_ ملعقة كبيرة من الجيلاتين الخالي من أي نكهات.
_ ملعقة كبيرة ونصف من الحليب.
_ عدد قليل من قطرات زيت اللافندر.
كيفية التحضير:
كل المكونات التي ذكرناها في الأعلى تقومين بمزجها في وعاء كبير من الزجاج أو السيراميك، ثم تقومين بتسخين هذا الخليط في حمام مائي، وذلك بوضع ماء في مقلاة، ويكون منسوب الماء حتى منتصف المقلاة، ثم يتم غلي الماء، بعد ذلك يوضع الوعاء فوق الماء.
_ أزيلي الوعاء عن الحرارة، ودعي الخليط حتى يبرد.
_ في النهاية يصبح القناع جاهز للاستخدام.
كيفية تحضير قناع الفحم لتقشير البشرة
فائدة قناع الفحم النشط في أنه يخلص البشرة من الشوائب، وسنتعرف على مكوناته وكيفية تحضيره.
المكونات:
_ نصف ملعقة من الفحم النشط.
_ نصف ملعقة صغيرة من الجيلاتين الخالي من أي نكهات.
_ ملعقة كبيرة من الماء المقطر.
كيفية التحضير:
_ أولًا قومي بخلط جميع المكونات في وعاء كبير.
_ قومي بتحريك الخليط باستمرار حتي تحصلين على خليط لزج.
_ وهكذا يصبح القناع جاهز للاستخدام، ولكن قبل أن تستخدميه قومي بغسل البشرة جيدًا حتى تتم إزالة الدهون من على البشرة.
قناع بياض البيض
يستخدم في العناية بالبشرة، وعلاج حب الشباب.
المكونات، وطريقة التحضير:
فقط احضري بياض البيض، ثم قومي بتنظيف وجهك جيدًا قبل الاستخدام، ثم قومي عن طريق استخدام الأصابع أو فرشاة أسنان بتطبيق بياض البيض، ويترك بياض البيض على الوجه حتى يجف، هذه العملية يتم تكرارها باستمرار، حتى تنتهي كمية بياض البيض، بعد ذلك ضعي القناع على البشرة لمدة ربع ساعة، في النهاية قومي بتقشير القناع بلطف، وقومي بتشطيف الوجه بالماء البارد.
قناع البرتقال لتقشير البشرة
قناع البرتقال يحمي البشرة من الجذور الحرة فهو مضاد للأكسدة.
المكونات:
_ 4 ملاعق كبيرة من عصير البرتقال.
ملعقتين كبيرتين من الجيلاتين الخالي من أي نكهات.
طريقة التحضير:
في البداية قومي بوضع جميع المكونات في وعاء كبير يتحمل درجة الحرارة، بعدها قومي بوضع الوعاء في حمام مائي، هذه المكونات يتم تحريكها حتى يتحلل مسحوق الجيلاتين بالكامل، بعدها قومي بإزالة الوعاء واتركيه حتى يبرد، بعدها يصبح القناع جاهز للاستخدام.
