تحتوي عشبة ذيل الحصان على العديد العناصر الغذائية والمواد التي تعمل على إمداد الشعر بما يحتاجه من مواد لتعزيز صحته وقوته ومن فوائده للشعر الآتي:
- يقوي الشعر ويعمل على منع تكسر الشعر الضعيف.
- يعمل على تحسين نمو الشعر بسرعة كبيرة.
- يقلل من الإصابة بقشرة الشعر.
- يحسن من الدورة الدموية في الرأس مما يعزز نمو الشعر بحالة جيدة.
- تعمل عشبة ذيل الحصان على تعزيز الكولاجين الطبيعي في الشعر والذي يقوم بدوره في إصلاح الشعر التالف والمجهد.
- عشبة ذيل الحصان ممتازة في تكثيف الشعر وعلاج الشعر الخفيف.

طريقة استخدام عشبة ذيل الحصان للشعر
- نقوم أولاً بطحن مقدار ملعقتين كبيرتين من عشبة ذيل الحصان حتى تصبح ناعمة كالبودر ثم نضيف إليها ملعقتين كبيرتين من زيت الزيتون البكر.
- ندلك الشعر جيدًا بتلك الخلطة جيدًا مع الاهتمام بتدليك فروة الرأس لمدة 5 دقائق.
- نقوم بارتداء قبعة استحمام أو كيس من النايلون الشفاف لمدة لا تقل عن ساعة وبعد مرور الوقت المحدد نقوم بغسل الشعر بالطريقة المعتادة بالشامبو والماء ونكرر الوصفة ثلاث مرات في الأسبوع للحصول على النتائج المرادة.
- هناك طريقة أخرى وهي نقع نصف كوب من ذيل الحصان في لتر من الماء الساخن لمدة لا تقل عن 3 ساعات ثم نقوم بتصفية الخليط وغسل الشعر به جيدًا مع تدليك فروة الرأس ونترك الشعر مدة نصف ساعة ثم نغسله بالماء الجاري والشامبو.

المكونات:
- ½ كوب عشبة ذيل الحصان.
- كوب ماء.
طريقة تحضير وصفة عشبة ذيل الحصان
- في البداية قومي بنقع عشبة ذيل الحصان في الماء لمدة ساعة كاملة، ثم قومي بتصفيته من الماء.
- ثم قومي بغسل شعرك بالسائل أثناء الاستحمام.

- تقوية العظام وعلاج هشاشتها.
- الحد من تكسر وتقصف الأظافر.
