بعد انتهاء العبد من الصلاة، يتوجه إلى الله تعالى بعد التسليم، وبعد الثناء على الله تعالى، والصلاة على النبي محمدٍ صلّى الله عليه وسلّم، يسأل العبد الله تعالى حاجته، وقد جاء بالحديث قول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: (من توضأ فأسبغ الوضوء ثم صلى ركعتين بتمامهما أعطاه الله ما سأل معجلاً ومؤخراً).

الآراء متعددة حول عدد ركعات صلاة الحاجة، جمهور الفقهاء على قول صلاة الحاجة ركعتان، لقوله صلى الله عليه وسلم: (مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ حَاجَةٌ أَوْ إِلَى أَحَدٍ مِنْ بَنِي آدَمَ فَلْيَتَوَضَّأْ فَلْيُحْسِنِ الْوُضُوءَ، ثُمَّ لْيُصَل رَكْعَتَيْنِ، ثُمَّ لْيُثْنِ عَلَى اللَّهِ، وَلْيُصَل عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ).
أما الرأي الثاني وهو رأي الأحناف: أن صلاة الحاجة أربع ركعات، وتؤدى صلاة الحاجة بتسليمة واحدة.
الرأي الثالث: هو قول الإمام الغزالي إنّ صلاة الحاجة اثنتا عشرة ركعةً.

دعاء صلاة الحاجة
(اللَّهمَّ إنِّي أسألُكَ وأتوجَّهُ إليكَ بنبيِّكَ محمَّدٍ نبيِّ الرَّحمةِ، إنِّي توجَّهتُ بِكَ إلى ربِّي في حاجَتي هذِهِ لتقضى ليَ، اللَّهمَّ فشفِّعهُ فيَّ)، فيسأل العبد الله تعالى ما يريده بشفاعة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم.
(اللَّهمَّ آتِنا في الدُّنيا حَسنةً وفي الآخرةِ حَسنةً وقِنا عذابَ النَّارِ).
(لا إلهَ إلَّا اللهُ الحَليمُ الكريمُ، سُبحانَ اللهِ ربِّ العَرشِ العظيمِ، الحمدُ للهِ ربِّ العالمينَ، أسألُكَ موجِباتِ رَحمتِك*، وعزائمَ مَغفرتِكَ*، والغَنيمةَ* مِن كلِّ بِرٍّ، والسَّلامةَ* مِن كلِّ إثمٍ لا تدَعْ لِي ذَنبًا إلَّا غفرتَه ولا همًّا إلَّا فَرجتَه*، ولا حاجةً هيَ لكَ رضًا إلَّا قضيتَها يا أَرحمَ الرَّاحِمينَ).

اتفق جمهور الفقهاء على أن صلاة الحاجة مستحبة استدلالاً بقول النبي -عليه الصلاة والسلام-: (مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ حَاجَةٌ أَوْ إِلَى أَحَدٍ مِنْ بَنِي آدَمَ فَلْيَتَوَضَّأْ فَلْيُحْسِنِ الْوُضُوءَ، ثُمَّ لْيُصَل رَكْعَتَيْنِ، ثُمَّ لْيُثْنِ عَلَى اللَّهِ، وَلْيُصَل عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ).
دعاء صلاة الحاجة ابن باز
سئل العالم الإسلامي ابن باز عن صلاة الحاجة فقال: إن أحمد رحمه الله وغيره قد روى بإسناد صحيح عن على رضي الله عنه، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال،”من أذنب ذنباً ثم تاب ثم تطهر وصلى ركعتين فتاب إلى الله من ذلك تاب الله عليه”.
