- يحتوي الزبادي على حمض اللاكتيك (حمض اللبن): وهو مركب حيوي مهم يدخل في العديد من العمليات الكيميائية الحيوية، ويساهم في تقشير البشرة وإزالة خلايا الجلد الميتة والشوائب الأخرى العالقة، وهي جميع البقع الداكنة أو الفاتحة التي تظهر على البشرة.
- التحكم في الميلانين: وهي مادة صبغية تعمل على تحديد لون البشرة من قبل خلايا معينة في جلد الإنسان، وكذلك في بصيلات الشعر وغيرها، وإذا كان إنزيم أكسيداز هو المسؤول عن تحديد التفاعل المكون للميلانين في جسم الإنسان، فإن الزبادي يمنع إنتاجه ويتحكم بدوره في هذه العملية.
- الزبادي غني بالفيتامينات والمعادن: حيث يحتوي على فيتامين (ب 2، ب 5، ب 12) وتتمتع مجموعة الفيتامينات هذه بالقدرة على تحسين ملمس البشرة ولونها. كما يساعد فيتامين B2 في الحفاظ على نضارة البشرة وترطيبها.
- نمو الخلايا وتجديدها: كما أنه يدعم نمو الخلايا وارتقائها، مما يساعد في الحصول على بشرة صحية ومشرقة.
- فوائد مضادة للأكسدة: والتي تحمي خلايا البشرة من الأكسدة التي تسببها الجذور الحرة، حيث تظهر على شكل تغير في لون البشرة كالشحوب والهالات السوداء.

- بعد الانتهاء من هذه العملية، انتظر دقيقة واحدة ثم توجه لشطف وجهك بالماء.الزبادي يخفّف من حبوب البشرة الدهنية.
2. يخفف من حبوب البشرة الدهنية
يساعد الزبادي كذلك في الحد من انتشار البثور والحبوب، ويتخلص منها بسرعة دون التسبب بأضرار للبشرة.
الطريقة:
- مزج ملعقة كبيرة من الزبادي مع ملعقة صغيرة من مسحوق الكركم.
- قم بتدليك الوجه بهذا الخليط برفق على الحبوب الموجودة في الوجه.
- اترك الماسك على وجهكِ لمدة عشر دقائق او ربع ساعة كاملة، قبل غسل وجهك بالماء البارد.
