تحليل crp هو من التحاليل التي يلجأ إليها الطبيب ويطلب من المريض القيام بها للتأكد من أن المريض غير مصاب بأي أمراض أو غير مصاب بأي نوع من أنواع الالتهابات، كما أن هذا التحليل مهم لتقييم الحالة الصحية المصابين بمرض الشريان التاجي، وهو من الأمراض التي تسبب إصابة الفرد بنوبة قلبية في بعض الأحيان.
حالات تستدعي إجراء تحليل crp
تحليل crp هو التحليل الأول المسئول عن قياس مستوى البروتين المتفاعل (C-reactive protein) في الدم، وهناك حالات مرضية تستدعي إجراء تحليل crp وهي:
_ قد يطلب الطبيب من المريض القيام بإجراء crp للشكوك حول الإصابة، بأمراض المناعة، أو الإصابة بالتهابات المفاصل الروماتويدي (Rheumatoid arthritis)، والذئبة (Lupus) وأمراض الأمعاء الالتهابيَّة، مثل داء كرون (Crohn’s disease)، والتهاب القولون التقرُّحي (Ulcerative colitis)، وإصابات الأنسجة والأعضاء، والسمنة، ومرض السرطان.
_ وعند الشكوك حول الإصابة بعدوى معينة قد يطلب الطبيب المعالج من الشخض المريض القيام بتحليل crp، لتحديد هذه البكتريا، والوقوف عليها، ومن الممكن أن تتمثل هذه العدوى البكتيرية التهاب العظم والنقي (Osteomyelitis) أو الإنتان (Sepsis).
أهمية تحليل crp لتقييم مشاكل القلب
يعد تحليل crp من التحاليل المهمة للوقوف على إصابة الفرد بمرض الشريان التاجي، وتقييم الحالة، فهو الخيار الأول لتقييم وتشخيص كل حالات ومشاكل القلب.

النسبة الطبيعية والجيدة لبروتين سي التفاعلي في الجسم تتراوح من 30-50 مجم / لتر، وهذه هي النسبة المثالية لبروتين سي، وفي حالة إجراء التحليل ووجدت نسبة بروتين سي مرتفعة في الجسم فهذا يعني أنك قد تكون مصاب بأمراض المناعة، أو معاناة الجسم من التهاب في شرايين القلب، كما أن زيادة النسبة تشير إلى احتمالية الإصابة بالسكتة الدماغية.
هل يجب الصيام قب إجراء تحليل crp
بعض التحاليل تحتاج قبل إجرائها إلى الصيام، لكن تحليل crp لا يحتاج قبله إلى الصيام فهو تحليل لقياس بروتين سي التفاعلي في الجسم، ولا يشترط قبل إجرائه إلى الصيام.
