الإستدعاء في الجيش المصري هي مدة يخضع فيها الجندي بعد تأدية الخدمة العسكرية في أي وقت للإحتياط أو للتدريب العسكري، من لم يلبي إستدعاء لتأدية التدريب العسكري يتعرض لعقوبة.
لذا سنتعرف في هذا المقال على كل ما تحتاج معرفته عن سبب الإستدعاء ومدته، وعقوبة التخلف عنه.

ما هو سبب الإستدعاء
يُستدعى ضباط الإحتياط للأغراض الآتية:
- للتدريب مدة أو مدداً أقصاها ستة أسابيع سنوياً، لحضور دورات التعليم الحتمية أو دورات التأهيل للترقية أو لتأدية امتحانات الترقية.
- يكون إستدعاء ضباط الإحتياط من ذوي الأعمال الحرة وموظفي الشركات لأغراض التدريب أو التأهيل أو في حالة الحرب والطوارئ.
- ويصدر بتنظيمها قرار من القائد العام للقوات المسلحة.
شرح فاعلية الإستدعاء بعد التحديث
ما هي مدة الإستدعاء
الإستدعاء يكون لمدة أقصاها سنة في المرة الواحدة، ويجوز زيادتها بتصديق من رئيس هيئة أركان حرب المختص أو قائد الجيش الأول سنة فأخرى، على ألا تجاوز مدة الاستدعاء ثلاث سنوات.
ولا يعاد إستدعاء ضابط الإحتياط للخدمة بالقوات المسلحة إلا بعد قضاء سنة على الأقل خارج القوات المسلحة.

المزايا المالية للإستدعاء
إن المطلوب إستدعائه للتدريب في الجيش المصري له عدة مزايا وهي:
- تحسب مدة الإستدعاء إجازة استثنائية بمرتب أو أجر كامل.
- يحفظ للمستدعين طوال هذه المدة ترقياتهم وعلاواتهم الدورية.
- يؤدى للمستدعين كافة الحقوق المادية والمعنوية والمزايا الأخرى بما فيها العلاوات والبدلات.
- تدفع لهم وزارة الدفاع مكافأة شهرية عن مدة الاستدعاء، تعادل راتب أقرانهم من الأفراد العسكريين ذوي الرواتب العالية، مضافا إليها التعويضات والمكافآت العسكرية المقررة لأفراد الاحتياط.
ما هو الفرق بين لائق (أ) ولائق (ب)
أخر سن للإستدعاء
تختلف مدة الإستدعاء من شخص لأخر :
- الشخص الذي تخرج من الجامعة وتم تجنيده عسكري تصبح مدة إستدعائه تسع سنوات، أي أن آخر سن يتم فيه إستدعاء هذا الشخص هو 32 سنة.
- في حالة قضاء الجيش كضابط إحتياطي يكون أخر سن إستدعاء له في سن 42 سنة.
- ويختلف سن الإستدعاء للجيش بإختلاف السن الذي تقدم فيه الشخص لأداء الخدمة العسكرية والسن الذي أنهى فيه الخدمة.
- لكن بصفة عامة تبلغ فترة الإحتياط في الجيش المصري للجندي 9 سنوات.
- وعلى الجميع تنفيذ أمر إستدعاء ضباط الإحتياط في الموعد المحدد.
متى يسقط الإستدعاء
لا يجوز لضابط الإحتياط أن يتخلف عند إستدعائه للتدريب أو للخدمة إلا لعذر مشروع تقبله رئاسة الهيئة المختصة أو قيادة الجيش الأول.
- في حالة توجه الإستدعاء إلى الشخص خلال المدة التي سافر فيها الشخص خارج مصر ولكن عليه أن يستخرج شهادة رسمية بذلك.
- و في حالة عدم إستلام الشخص الاستدعاء الموجه إليه.
- في حالة تغيير محل إقامة الشخص.
معرفة الموقف من التجنيد بالرقم القومي
ما هي عقوبة التخلف من الإستدعاء
يتعرض المتخلف عن الإستدعاء إلى المسائلة القانونية، وعندها تقع عليه عقوبة.
حيث أن عقوبة التخلف عن الإستدعاء للجيش بعد تأدية الخدمة العسكرية هي الحبس لمدة سنة، وغرامة مالية لا يقل قدرها عن 200 جنية لكل من يستدعى للخدمة في الإحتياط و يتخلف دون عذر مقبول.
خطوات إستخراج شهادة نهاية الخدمة
الإجراءات التي يجب على الشخص القيام بها بعد انتهاء فترة الاحتياط:
- صورة من البطاقة الشخصية للجندي، ويجب إلا تكون منتهية.
- صورة من الشهادة العسكرية للجندي (في حالة فقدان الشهادة العسكرية يجب تقديم صورة من محضر الفقد).
- إرفاق نموذج 53 تعبئة ضمن المستندات المقدمة.
- لابد أن يقدم النموذج قبل إصدار الشهادة التي تقضي بأن هذا الشخص المذكور قد أنهي مدة الخدمة.
خطوات إستخراج شهادة الجيش إلكترونيًا
- قم بتسجيل الدخول إلى موقع وزارة الداخلية الرسمي.
- أختر من قائمة الخدمات الإلكترونية “خدمات التجنيد”.
- أضغط بدل فاقد/ تالف شهادة إنهاء الخدمة العسكري.
- قم بتسجل البيانات المطوبة.
- قم بمراجعة البيانات وتأكيد الطلب.
