وهناك مجموعة من الأدعية التي تحصن النفس من كل ضرر وشر ومن هذه الأدعية ما يلي:
(اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لي خَطِيئَتي وَجَهْلِي، وإسْرَافِي في أَمْرِي، وَما أَنْتَ أَعْلَمُ به مِنِّي، اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لي جِدِّي وَهَزْلِي، وَخَطَئِي وَعَمْدِي، وَكُلُّ ذلكَ عِندِي، اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لي ما قَدَّمْتُ وَما أَخَّرْتُ، وَما أَسْرَرْتُ وَما أَعْلَنْتُ، وَما أَنْتَ أَعْلَمُ به مِنِّي، أَنْتَ المُقَدِّمُ وَأَنْتَ المُؤَخِّرُ، وَأَنْتَ علَى كُلِّ شيءٍ قَدِيرٌ).
(اللهمَّ عافِني في بدني، اللهمَّ عافِني في سمعي، اللهمَّ عافِني في بصري) ، (أعوذُ باللَّهِ السَّميعِ العَليمِ مِنَ الشَّيطانِ الرَّجيمِ مِن هَمزِهِ، ونَفخِهِ ونَفثِهِ).
(أَعُوذُ باللَّهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِن شَرِّ ما أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ ، (اللَّهُمَّ أَصْلِحْ لي دِينِي الذي هو عِصْمَةُ أَمْرِي، وَأَصْلِحْ لي دُنْيَايَ الَّتي فِيهَا معاشِي، وَأَصْلِحْ لي آخِرَتي الَّتي فِيهَا معادِي، وَاجْعَلِ الحَيَاةَ زِيَادَةً لي في كُلِّ خَيْرٍ، وَاجْعَلِ المَوْتَ رَاحَةً لي مِن كُلِّ شَرٍّ) ، (أَذْهِبِ البَاسَ، رَبَّ النَّاسِ، وَاشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي، لا شِفَاءَ إلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ، شِفَاءً لا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا).
دعاء لتحصين النفس من الحسد
لكي تحصن نفسك من الحسد إن شاء الله قوم بقراءة الفاتحة وترقي نفسك بها، ثم تقرأ آية الكرسي وتقرأ «سورة الإخلاص قل هو الله أحد» «وسورة الفلق»و«سورة الناس» وتنفث فى كفيك بالإخلاص والمعوذتين وتمسح جسدك كله وتبدأ بالرأس والوجه وما يلي ذلك من جسدك، وكرر هذا الأمر ثلاث مرات.
أدعية لتحصين النفس قبل النوم
«اللّهُـمَّ أَسْـلَمْتُ نَفْـسي إِلَـيْكَ، وَفَوَّضْـتُ أَمْـري إِلَـيْكَ، وَوَجَّـهْتُ وَجْـهي إِلَـيْكَ، وَأَلْـجَـاْتُ ظَهـري إِلَـيْكَ، رَغْبَـةً وَرَهْـبَةً إِلَـيْكَ، لا مَلْجَـأَ وَلا مَنْـجـا مِنْـكَ إِلاّ إِلَـيْكَ، آمَنْـتُ بِكِتـابِكَ الّـذي أَنْزَلْـتَ وَبِنَبِـيِّـكَ الّـذي أَرْسَلْـت». (مرة واحدة)
«بِاسْمِكَ رَبِّـي وَضَعْـتُ جَنْـبي، وَبِكَ أَرْفَعُـه، فَإِن أَمْسَـكْتَ نَفْسـي فارْحَـمْها ، وَإِنْ أَرْسَلْتَـها فاحْفَظْـها بِمـا تَحْفَـظُ بِه عِبـادَكَ الصّـالِحـين». (مرة واحدة)
«اللّهُـمَّ قِنـي عَذابَـكَ يَـوْمَ تَبْـعَثُ عِبـادَك». (مرة واحدة).
«اللّهُـمَّ إِنَّـكَ خَلَـقْتَ نَفْسـي وَأَنْـتَ تَوَفّـاهـا لَكَ ممَـاتـها وَمَحْـياها، إِنْ أَحْيَيْـتَها فاحْفَظْـها، وَإِنْ أَمَتَّـها فَاغْفِـرْ لَـها. اللّهُـمَّ إِنَّـي أَسْـأَلُـكَ العـافِـيَة». (مرة واحدة)
سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ (33 مرة)
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ (33 مرة)
اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ (34 مرة)
«الـحَمْدُ للهِ الَّذي أَطْـعَمَنا وَسَقـانا، وَكَفـانا، وَآوانا، فَكَـمْ مِمَّـنْ لا كـافِيَ لَـهُ وَلا مُـؤْوي». (مرة واحدة)
قراءة {قل هو الله أحد} و{قل أعوذ برب الفلق} و{قل أعوذ برب الناس}، في كفيه ثم ينفث فيههام ويمسح ما استطاع من الجسد يبدأ بهما على رأسه ووجه وما أقبل من جسده، ويفعل هذا الأمر ثلاث مرات
أن تقرأ من سورة البقرة قول الله تعالى: “آمَنَ الرَّسُولُ بِمَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ رَبِّهِ وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ ۚ كُلٌّ آمَنَ بِاللَّهِ وَمَلَائِكَتِهِ وَكُتُبِهِ وَرُسُلِهِ لَا نُفَرِّقُ بَيْنَ أَحَدٍ مِنْ رُسُلِهِ ۚ وَقَالُوا سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا ۖ غُفْرَانَكَ رَبَّنَا وَإِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيرُ. لَا يُكَلِّفُ اللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلَّا وُسْعَهَا لَهَا مَا كَسَبَتْ وَعَلَيْهَا مَا اكْتَسَبَتْ رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِنْ نَسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا رَبَّنَا وَلَا تَحْمِلْ عَلَيْنَا إِصْرًا كَمَا حَمَلْتَهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِنَا رَبَّنَا وَلَا تُحَمِّلْنَا مَا لَا طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِهِ وَاعْفُ عَنَّا وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا وَارْحَمْنَا أَنْتَ مَوْلَانَا فَانْصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ”. [البقرة 285 – 286]
ومن فضل قرائتهما أنه من قرأ آخر آيتين من سورة البقرة في ليلة كفتاه.
قراءة آية الكرسى: أَعُوذُ بِاللهِ مِنْ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم «اللّهُ لاَ إِلَـهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ لاَ تَأْخُذُهُ سِنَةٌ وَلاَ نَوْمٌ لَّهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الأَرْضِ مَن ذَا الَّذِي يَشْفَعُ عِنْدَهُ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِهِ يَعْلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ وَلاَ يُحِيطُونَ بِشَيْءٍ مِّنْ عِلْمِهِ إِلاَّ بِمَا شَاء وَسِعَ كُرْسِيُّهُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ وَلاَ يَؤُودُهُ حِفْظُهُمَا وَهُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْعَظِيمُ». [البقرة 255]
وفضل قراءتها قبل النوم، أنه من قرأها أجير من الجن حتى يصبح.
أدعية لتحصين النفس من المرض
_ ” أَعُوذُ باللَّهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِن شَرِّ ما أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ”.
_ “أَذْهِبِ البَاسَ، رَبَّ النَّاسِ، وَاشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي، لا شِفَاءَ إلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ، شِفَاءً لا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا”.
_ “اللهمَّ عافِني في بدني، اللهمَّ عافِني في سمعي، اللهمَّ عافِني في بصري”.
ورد عن النبيَّ -صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم- أنه كان إذا مرض أحد من أهل بيته -عليهم السلام-، فيضع يده على رأسه ويقول هذا الدعاء: “اللَّهُمَّ ربَّ النَّاسِ، أَذْهِب الْبَأسَ، واشْفِ، أَنْتَ الشَّافي لا شِفَاءَ إِلاَّ شِفَاؤُكَ، شِفاءً لا يُغَادِرُ سقَمًا” متفقٌ عليه.
_ عن أَنسٍ رضي اللَّه عنه أَنه قال لِثابِتٍ رحمه اللَّه: أَلا أَرْقِيكَ بِرُقْيَةِ رسولِ اللَّه صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم؟ قال: بَلى. قال: «اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ النَّاسِ، مُذْهِبَ البَأسِ، اشْفِ أَنتَ الشَّافي، لا شافي إِلاَّ أَنْتَ، شِفاءً لا يُغادِر سَقَمًا». رواه البخاري.
وعن أَبي سعيد الخُدْرِيِّ رضي اللَّه عنه أَن جِبْرِيلَ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم فقال: يَا مُحَمدُ اشْتَكَيْتَ؟ قال: «نَعَمْ» قال: بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ، مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ يُؤْذِيكَ، مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ نَفْسٍ أَوْ عيْنِ حَاسِدٍ، اللَّهُ يشْفِيك، بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ » رواه مسلم.
أدعية لتحصين البيت
من ضمن
الأدعية التي يستحسن قراءتها لتحصين البيت من الأذى: «أعوذُ بكلماتِ اللهِ التامَّةِ، مِن كُلِّ شيطانٍ وهامَّةٍ، ومِن كُلِّ عَيْنٍ لامَّةٍ ومن همزات الشياطين وأن يحضرون» (3 مَرَّاتٍ صباحًا ومساء)، «أعوذُ بكلماتِ اللهِ التامَّاتِ مِن شرِّ ما خَلق” ثلاث مرات صباحًا ومساءً.
“بسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ” ثلاث مرات صباحًا ومساءً.
