- حدوث تورم في البطن
- ظهور دم في البراز
- ضيق في التنفس
- التعب الشديد بدون سبب
- الدوخة أو الإغماء
- خسارة الوزن بشكل مبالغ فيه، وبدون سبب واضح
أسباب عدوى الجرثومة الحلزونية
أما عن الأسباب التي تؤدي إلى عدوى الجرثومة الحلزونية فحتى الآن لم يتم التوصل إلى أسباب معروفة للإصابة بجرثومة المعدة، ومن الممكن إرجاع الإصابة بعدوى الجرثومة الحلزونية إلى ما يلي:
- يصاب الشخص بعدوى الجرثومة الحلزونية بسبب اتباع عادات صحية غير سليمة مثل عدم غسل اليدين بشكل جيد بعد استخدام الحمام، أو عدم غسل الأطعمة جيدًا قبل تناولها.
- ويمكن أن تنتقل العدوى عن طريق البراز أو مياه الشرب الملوثة.
- وتسبب الجرثومة الحلزونية مشاكل في المعدة، عندما تخترق بطانة المخاط.
أفضل علاج للتخلص من الجرثومة الحلزونية
قبل أن تتناول أي أدوية لابد أولًا استشارة الطبيب المختص، لمعرفة الأدوية التي تناسب حالتك، ومن هذه الأدوية التي قد يكبتها لك الطبيب ما يلي:
- المضاد الحيوي كلاريثروميسين(Clarithromycin).
- مثبطات مضخة البروتون.
- مضاد الجراثيم الميترونيدازول (Metronidazole) ويؤخذ لمدة 7 إلى 14 يوم.
- المضاد الحيوي أموكسيسيلين (Amoxicillin) ويؤخذ لمدة 7 إلى 14 يوم.
فوائد الشاي الأخضر لعلاج الجرثومة الحلزونية
هناك دراسة طبية أجريت عام 2009، أكدت على أن الشاي الأخضر يعمل على قتل الجرثومة الحلزونية، كما يعمل على بطء نمو الجرثومة، كما يساعد الشاي الأخضر على منع التهاب المعدة.
تشخيص جرثومة المعدة
يتم تشخصيص جرثومة المعدة طبيًا عن طريق إجراء الفحوصات التالية:
- فحوصات الدم.
- عينة من البراز.
- المنظار.
- اختبارات التنفس.
- الأشعة المقطعية
أعراض جرثومة المعدة النفسية
من الأعراض النفسية لجرثومة المعدة ما يلي:
- الاكتئاب
- القلق
- فقدان الشهية
- التعب المزمن
- قلة التركيز
- اضطرابات دقات القلب
- الإرهاق الشديد
- ألم المفاصل والعضلات
- الضغط الذهني
هل جرثومة المعدة معدية؟
للأسف جرثومة المعدة معدية، ويجب أن يأخذ أهل البيت كافة الاحتياطات الوقائية في حالة إصابة أحد أفراد العائلة بجرثومة المعدة، حيث تنتقل الإصابة بجرثومة المعدة من شخص لأخر من خلال اللعاب، أو من خلال فضلات الشخص، ويجب على الشخص المصاب اتخاذ الاحتياطات الوقائية حتى لا يعرض أهل بيته للإصابة، أو الخطر.
