يُعرف الباذنجان بإحتوائه على العديد من العناصر العذائية الهامة المفيدة للجسم ، والتي من أبرزها عنصر الحديد والكالسيوم والماغنيسيوم، والزنك، كما أن الباذنجان يحتوي على عدد كبير من الألياف الهامة والتي تساعد في امتصاص الدهون وبالتالي فهو يساعد في تقليل نسبة الكوليسترول في الدم، والأهم من ذلك أنه يساعد في الوقاية من أمراض السرطان ، لذا نتعرف في هذا المقال عن أضرار الباذنجان للحامل وأيضًا أضرار الباذنجان للأطفال.

أضرار الباذنجان للحامل
تعتبر فترة الحمل عند كل أم من أهم الفترات الحساسة في حياتها، والتي تسير فيها على قرابة تسعة أشهر وفق أنظمة غذائية معينة، فهي تحرص على تناول الأطعمة والمشروبات المناسبة لهذه الفترة ولا تؤثر على حياتها وحياة جنينها، لذا تعتبر من أبرز أضرار الباذنجان للحامل؛ هى :
- الباذنجان يحتوي على نسبة عالية من الهرمونات النباتية التي تدخل في علاج متلازمة ما قبل الطمث.
- تناول الباذنجان بكثرة عند المرأة ينشط عملية الطمث ونزول دم الحيض، مما قد يؤدي إلى الإجهاض أثناء فترة الحمل.
- من أضرار الباذنجان على الحامل أنه قد يؤدي إلى الحساسية والتي منها التهاب الحلق والغثيان وأيضًا الطفح الجلدي، لذا يفضل عدم الإكثار من تناول الباذنجان خلال فترة الحمل.
أضرار الباذنجان على الأطفال
يعتبر الباذنجان من المجموعة الباذنجانية والتي تحمل مسمى علمي هو Solanaceae ويندرج تحت هذه القائمة البناتيه الفلفل والبطاطا والبندورة، والتي قد تسبب الأضرار الصحية عند تناولها بكثرة خاصة عند الأطفال ، ومن أضرار الباذنجان على الأطفال :
- قد يتسبب تناول الباذنجان بكثرة أضرار على الأطفال كإحداث مشاكل مختلفة في الهضم والتي قد تؤدي لحدوث الإلتهابات.
- الباذنجان غني بحمض الأوكساليك ويعد وجود هذا الحمض داخل مكونات الباذنجان من الأضرار الصحية التي قد تسبب تكوين الحصى على الكلى وإلتهاب المفاصل لدى بعض الأطفال.
- قد يسبب الإفراط في تناول الباذنجان الحساسية لدى الأطفال.
