دعاء تحصين النفس من كل شر، لا بد أن يكون من أكثر الأدعية التي يحرص المسلم على ترديدها بشكل يومي حتى لا يصاب بسوء أو مكروه، فقد مَن الله – سبحانه وتعالى – على عبادة بشتى بقاع الأرض، بالتواصل معهم عن طريق الدعاء والتضرع إليه وطلب الحاجة منه من خلال التوسل إليه -عز وجل، لذا نقدم لكم في هذا المقال أدعية وأذكار التحصين و دعاء تحصين النفس من كل شيء.

تحصين النفس
دعاء تحصين النفس، حيث ورد في عدة أحاديث نبوية أن رسول الله – صلى الله عليه وسلم – كان حريصًا على ترديد أدعية التحصين في الصباح والمساء، كما أمر الحبيب المصطفى أتباعه بتحصين النفس من العين والحسد والمس وذلك عن طريق قراءة آيات التحصين.
دعاء تحصين النفس
من فضل الله على عبادة أنه خلق الشر وبين لنا تفاصيله، ووضح لنا طرق الابتعاد عن، وكفيفة حفظ أنفسنا وذوينا من أضراره وتجنب مخاطره، وذلك بترديد دعاء تحصين النفس والأذكار الصباحية والمسائية، والتي منها أذكار التحصين من الأمراض وأذكار حسن التوكل على الله، وغيرها من الأذكار الإسلامية المشروعة.
أدعية تحصين النفس
لا بد من كل مسلم أن يلتزم يترديد أدعية تحصين النفس، والالتزام بتقوى الله، والخوف منه في السر والجهر، والإخلاص في طاعته وعبادته، والصبر على البلاء إذا أصيب بمكروه، وتحصين النفس بالمحافظة على قراءة الأذكار اليومية ليلًا ونهارًا، وإليكم دعاء تحصين النفس من كل شر كما هو وارد عن الرسول – صلى الله عليه وسلم:
اللهم أحْيِني على سُنة نبيك، وتوفَّني على ملّته وأعذني من مضلات الفتن.
اللهم اهدِني فيمَن هديت، وعافني فيمن عافيت، وتولني فيمن توليت، وقني شر ما قضيت، إنّه لا يذل من واليت، تباركت ربنا وتعاليت.
اللهم إني أعوذ بك من عذاب النار، وأعوذ بك من عذاب القبر، وأعوذ بك من الفِتَن ما ظهر منها وما بطن، وأعوذ بك من فتنة الدجّال.
اللهم إني أعوذ بك من الهم والحزن والعجز والكسل وبالخل والجبن وضلع الدين وغلبة الرجال.
اللهم ربَّ السموات ورب الأرض، ورب العرش العظيم، ربنا ورب كل شيء، فالق الحب والنوى، ومنزل التوراة والإنجيل والفرقان، أعوذ بك من شرّ كلِّ شيء أنت آخذ بناصيته، اللهم أنت الأول فليس قبلَك شيء، وأنت الآخرُ فليس بعدَك شيء، وأنت الظاهر فليس فوقَك شيء، وأنت الباطن فليس دونك شيء، اقضِ عنا الدَّين وأغننا من الفقر.
اللهم إنّي أسألك علمًا نافعًا ورزقًا طيبًا وعملًا مُتَقَبَّلًا.
اللهم إني أعوذ بك من قلب لا يخشع ومن دعاء لا يسمع، ومن علم لا ينفع، أعوذ بك من هؤلاء الأربع.
اللهم إني أعوذ بك من الفقر، والفاقة، والقِلّة والذِلة، وأعوذ بك من أن أظلِم أو أُظلَلم.
اللهم إني أعوذ بك من العجز والكسل والجُبن والبخل والهرم والقسوة والغفلة والعيلة والذلة والمسكنة، وأعوذ بك من الفقر والكفر والفسوق والشقاق والنفاق والسمعة والرياء وأعوذ بك من الصمم والبكم والجنون والجذام والبرص وسيّء الأسقام.
دعاء التحصين والحفظ اليومي
علينا أن نعلم جميعًا أن الدعاء هو عبادة جهدها ولكن أجرها عند الله عظيم، كما يعتبر الدعاء من أحب وأفضل العبادات عند الله – عز وجل – وقد وعد المولى عبادة الذين تضرعوا إليه بالدعاء التوسل إليه بالإجابة، وتكمن أدعية تحصين النفس فيما ورد عن النبي – صلى الله عليه وسلم – في الآتي:
- “حَسبِيَ اللَّـهُ لا إِلـهَ إِلّا هُوَ عَلَيهِ تَوَكَّلتُ وَهُوَ رَبُّ العَرشِ العَظيمِ” (سبع مرات).
اللهم عافِني في بدني، اللهمّ عافني في سمعي، اللهم عافني في بصري. - بسم الله الذي لا يضر مع اسمه شيء في الأرض ولا في السماء وهو السميع العليم (ثلاث مرات).
- لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له، له الملك وله الحمد، وهو على كل شيء قدير. (مئة مرة).
- أعوذ بكلمات الله التامّات من شرِّ ما خلق. (ثلاث مرات).
- اللهم إني أسألك العفوَ والعافية في الدنيا والآخرة، اللهم إني أسألك العفو والعافية: في ديني ودنياي وأهلي، ومالي، اللهم استر عوراتي، وآمن روعاتي، اللهم احفظني من بين يدي، ومن خلفي، وعن يميني، وعن شمالي، ومن فوقي، وأعوذ بعظمتك أن أغتال من تحتي.

- قراءة آواخر سورة البقرة : ” آمَنَ الرَّسُولُ بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْهِ مِن رَّبِّهِ وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ كُلٌّ آمَنَ بِاللّهِ وَمَلآئِكَتِهِ وَكُتُبِهِ وَرُسُلِهِ لاَ نُفَرِّقُ بَيْنَ أَحَدٍ مِّن رُّسُلِهِ وَقَالُواْ سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا غُفْرَانَكَ رَبَّنَا وَإِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيرُ ﴿285﴾ لاَ يُكَلِّفُ اللّهُ نَفْسًا إِلاَّ وُسْعَهَا لَهَا مَا كَسَبَتْ وَعَلَيْهَا مَا اكْتَسَبَتْ رَبَّنَا لاَ تُؤَاخِذْنَا إِن نَّسِينَا أَوْ أَخْطَأْنَا رَبَّنَا وَلاَ تَحْمِلْ عَلَيْنَا إِصْرًا كَمَا حَمَلْتَهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِنَا رَبَّنَا وَلاَ تُحَمِّلْنَا مَا لاَ طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِهِ وَاعْفُ عَنَّا وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا وَارْحَمْنَآ أَنتَ مَوْلاَنَا فَانصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ ﴿286﴾
- حسبي الله لا إله إلا هو عليه توكلت، وهو رب العرش العظيم.
- أعوذ بكلمات الله التامات اللاتي لا يجاوزهن بر ولا فاجر، من شر ما خلق وبرأ وذرأ، ومن شر ما ينزل من السماء، ومن شر ما يعرج فيها ومن شر ما ذرأ في الأرض، ومن شر مايخرج منها ومن شر فتن الليل والنهار، ومن شر كل طارق إلا طارقا يطرق بخير يارحمن.
فضل دعاء تحصين النفس
لا بد أن يعي كل مسلم بأن الدعاء هو التضرع إلى الله واللجوء إليه بالدعاء أملا في استجابته ما يطلبه منه وهو مفتقر إليه، فقد أمر الله سبحانه وتعالى بالدعاء إليه في كل وقت وحين؛ والإكثار من التضرع إليه وطلب الحاجة في أي زمان ومكان، قال تعالى : (وَإِذَا سَأَلَكَ عِبَادِي عَنِّي فَإِنِّي قَرِيبٌ أُجِيبُ دَعْوَةَ الدَّاعِ إِذَا دَعَانِ فَلْيَسْتَجِيبُوا لِي وَلْيُؤْمِنُوا بِي لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْشُدُونَ).
دعاء لتحصين النفس مكتوب
من أدعية تحصين النفس التي وردت عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم دعاء: “اللَّهمَّ إنِّي أسألُك العافيةَ في الدُّنيا والآخرةِ، اللَّهمَّ أسألُك العفوَ والعافيةَ في ديني ودنيايَ وأَهلي ومالي، اللَّهمَّ استر عورتي -وقالَ عثمانُ عوراتي- وآمِن رَوعاتي اللَّهمَّ احفظني من بينِ يدي ومن خَلفي وعن يَميني وعَن شِمالي ومن فَوقي وأعوذُ بعظَمتِك أن اغتالَ من تحتي”.
ومما ورد عن عُثْمَانَ بنِ أَبِي العَاصِ الثَّقَفِيِّ، أنَّهُ شَكَا إلى رَسولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عليه وسلَّمَ وَجَعًا يَجِدُهُ في جَسَدِهِ مُنْذُ أَسْلَمَ فَقالَ له رَسولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عليه وسلَّمَ: ضَعْ يَدَكَ علَى الذي تَأَلَّمَ مِن جَسَدِكَ، وَقُلْ باسْمِ اللهِ ثَلَاثًا، وَقُلْ سَبْعَ مَرَّاتٍ أَعُوذُ باللَّهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ مِن شَرِّ ما أَجِدُ وَأُحَاذِرُ.
فضل قراءة المعوذتين لتحصين النفس
ومن فضل قراءة المعوذتين ما ورد عن ابنَ عابِسٍ الجُهَنيَّ أَخبَرَه، أنَّ رسولَ اللهِ صلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّمَ قال له: يا ابنَ عابِسٍ، ألَا أُخبِرُك بأَفضَلِ ما تَعَوَّذَ به المُتَعوِّذونَ؟ قال: قلْتُ: بلى. فقال رسولُ اللهِ صلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّمَ: {قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ}، و: {قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ}، هاتَينِ السورتَينِ.
وقد جاء إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم رجل فَقالَ: يا رَسولَ اللهِ، ما لَقِيتُ مِن عَقْرَبٍ لَدَغَتْنِي البَارِحَةَ، قالَ: أَما لو قُلْتَ، حِينَ أَمْسَيْتَ: أَعُوذُ بكَلِمَاتِ اللهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِن شَرِّ ما خَلَقَ، لَمْ تَضُرَّكَ. وفي رواية : أنه سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يقولُ: قالَ رَجُلٌ: يا رَسولَ اللهِ، لَدَغَتْنِي عَقْرَبٌ… بمِثْلِ حَديثِ ابْنِ وَهْبٍ.
دعاء تحصين العائلة
ومن أدعية التي يفضل أن تقال لتحصين العائلة ما يلي:
ورد عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أنه كان يأمر بفراشِه فيُفرَشَ لهُ مستقبلَ القبلةِ، فإذا أوَى إليهِ توسّدَ كفّهُ اليُمنى ثم همسَ ما يدرى ما يقولُ، فإذا كانَ في آخرِ الليلِ رفعَ صوتهُ فقال: اللهمّ ربّ السمواتِ السبعِ وربّ العرشِ العظيمِ إلهَ كلّ شيء وربّ كل شيء ومنزّلَ التوراة والإنجيلِ والفرقانِ، فالقَ الحبّ والنَوى، أعوذُ بكَ من شرّ كل شيء أنت آخذٌ بناصيتهِ، اللهمّ أنتَ الأوّلُ الذي ليسَ قبلكَ شيء، وأنتَ الآخرُ الذي ليسَ بعدكَ شيء، وأنتَ الظاهرُ فليسَ فوقكَ شيء، وأنت الباطنُ فليسَ دونكَ شيء اقْضِ عنّا الديْنَ وأغنِنا من الفقرِ.
