طريقة تحضير الزبادي اليوناني في المنزل
يمكن بكل سهولة عمل الزبادي اليوناني في المنزل بمكونات بسيطة وبطريقة مضمونة حيث إننا سوف نحتاج إلى مكونين فقط وهما 4 لتر من الحليب البقري الطازج+ كوب واحد من الزبادي فقط وسوف نقوم بتنفيذ تلك الخطوات:
- قومي بوضع الحليب في وعاء نظيف وارفعيه على النار.
- اجعلي النار هادئة جدًا وقلبي الحليب من حين لآخر.
- استخدمي ميزان للحرارة وضعيه في الحليب وتأكدي أنه وصل إلى 180 درجة مئوية.
- ارفعي الحليب من على النار وتابعي الحرارة بميزان الحرارة لديك حتى تصل الحرارة إلى 110 درجة مئوية.
- احضري وعاء عميق وقومي بأخذ مقدار كوب واحد من الحليب وضعيه في الوعاء.
- ضعي علبة الزبادي على كوب الحليب واخلطي جيدًا حتى تتأكدي من ذوبان وامتزاج الزبادي مع الحليب.
- اسكبي خليط الزبادي والحليب على الإناء الذي به كمية الحليب المتبقية.
- قومي بتغطية الوعاء بغطاء محكم وغلفي الوعاء بمنشفة نظيفة ودافئة.
- ضعي الزبادي اليوناني في مكان دافئ ومظلم لمدة ليلة كاملة.
- احضري مصفاة وضعي بها قطعة من الشاش أو القماش النظيف وضعي المصفاة داخل وعاء عميق.
- اسكبي الزبادي اليوناني في المصفاة وغطيه واتركيه مدة 5 ساعات حتى يتخلص من مصل اللاكتوز.
- بعد ذلك احضري برطمانات وضعي بها الزبادي اليوناني واحتفظي به في الثلاجة لمدة أسبوعين.
القيمة الغذائية في الزبادي اليوناني
يحتوي الزبادي اليوناني قليل الدسم على نسبة 179 سعرة حرارية فهو منخفض السعرات الحرارية، ويحتوي على 9 جرام فقط من السكر لذلك يعتبر آمن لمرضى السكري، وتوجد الدهون بنسبة 5 جرام فقط في الزبادي اليوناني، كما يحتوي على كمية ممتازة من البروتينات وتبلغ نسبة البروتين في الزبادي اليوناني 24 جرام عكس الزبادي العادي الذي يحتوي على 13 جرام فقط من البروتين، ويحتوي على نسبة 4% من عنصر الصوديوم.
