استخدامات اللبن المكثف، هو أحد الألبان التي يتم استخلاصها ونزعها من البقر، ينزع منه الماء لتزيد كثافته ويتم إضافة السكر المحلى إليه، والسبب في إضافة السكر إليه هو إبقائه في التخزين لفترة طويلة بعكس الحليب العادي، وهو من الحليب الذي يتم تخزينه في العلب الحديدية، ولا يحتاج إلى التخزين في الثلاجات، وفي السطور التالية سوف نتعرف على استخدامات اللبن المكثف.

- من فوائد الحليب المكثف أنه يحتوي على الكالسيوم الذي يعمل على تكوين العظام، وتحسين صحة الأسنان، فهو يعد من المواد الطبيعية المفيدة للأطفال.
- يحتوي على البوتاسيوم الذي يعمل على تحسين وظيفة العظام، والمغنيسيوم لتحسين الوظائف العضلية، كما أنه يحتوي على التمثيل الغذائي المفيد للطاقة.
- يحتوي على البروتينات والكربوهيدرات والدهون، ما يجعله عنصر غذائي مفيد.
كيفية تخزين الحليب المكثف
- يفضل تخزينه في علبته المغلقة، ولا يتم فتحه لفترات طويلة.
- إذا تم فتح العلبة قومي باستخدامه في أقرب وقت حتى لا يتلف.
- من الأفضل تخزينه في درجة حرارة منخفضة.
