_انتقل إلى أيقونة الخدمات الالكترونية واختار منها خدمة الأفراد ثم متابعة المعاملات.
_ومن متابعة المعاملات قم باختيار خدمة الاستعلام برقم الهوية.
_قم بكتابة رقم الهوية ورمز التحقق ثم قم بالضغط على استعلام.
_انتظر لثواني ثم تظهر كافة المعلومات والبيانات الخاصة بمستحقاتك المالية.

وإذا أردت الاستعلام عن التأمينات الاجتماعية، ومدة اشتراكك، خاصة وإن كنت تعمل في القطاع العام، أو الخاص، يمكنك ذلك من خلال رقم الهوية، أو رقم السجل المدني ثم اتبع الخطوات التالية.
_قم بالدخول على موقع مؤسسة التأمينات الاجتماعية https://www.my.gov.sa
_ستجد أيقونة استعلام مدة الاشتراك في التأمينات الاجتماعية، التي من خلالها يمكنك الاستعلام عن مدة الاشتراك في التأمينات الاجتماعية.
_ثم اضغط على كلمة خدمات إلكترونية.
_ ومن قائمة خدمات إليكترونية اختار تأمينات أون لاين أو انترنت.
_سوف تظهر لك قائمة في الجانب الأيمن ابحث من خلالها عن التحقق من الاشتراك.
_قم بتعبئة البيانات المطلوبة منك بشكل صحيح ودقيق مثل رقم الهوية الوطنية ورقم السجل المدني.
_ثم قم بالضغط على أيقونة الاستعلام عن مدة الاشتراك بالتأمينات الاجتماعية مرة أخرى، وسوف تظهر لك جميع المستحقات المالية الخاصة بك، بالإضافة إلى مدة الاشتراك بالتاريخ الهجري والميلادي أيضًا.
_كما سيظهر لك اسم المؤسسة والرقم التأميني الخاص بها، وتاريخ التحاقك بالعمل بها، واسم وعنوان مكتب العامل التابع له مؤسسة العمل، كل هذا ستجده بمجرد الضغط على الاستعلام.

وإذا أردت التسجيل في التأمينات السعودية قم باتباع الخطوات التالية، من أجل الحصول على معاش شهري، أو الحصول على مبلغ معين نتيجة الوضول إلى سن التقاعد، والمتعارف عليه بلوغ الرجل إلى سن السنتين، وإذا أردت التسجيل قم باتباع الخطوات التالية.
_ قم بالدخول على الموقع الخاص بالمؤسسةمن خلال هذا الرابط https://www.my.gov.sa/
_ ثم قم بالضغط على أيقونة التسجيل، ستظهر لك عدة خيارات مثل تسجيل جديد أو مشترك.
_اختر من ضمن الخيارات تسجيل جديد، سيطلب منك تحديد الجنسية (سعودي / غير سعودي).
_ في حالة كونك سعودي الجنسية ومن المواطنين قم باختيار سعودي، وأدخل رقم الهوية الوطنية، أما إذا كنت غير سعودي فقم بالتسجيل برقم الإقامة الخاص بك.
_سيطلب منك إدخال البريد الإلكتروني الخاص بك، ورقم الجوال أيضًا، مع تحديد كلمة مرور، وعليك حفظها جيدًا، فبدون هذا الرقم لا تستطيع الدخول إلى نظام الاشتراك الخاص بك.
_كتابة رقم المرور جيدًا للتأكيد، ثم قم بإدخال رمز التحقق.
_يجب الموافقة إقرار الأمن من خلال الضغط على المربع الفارغ بجانب الإقرار.
_ثم اضغط على كلمة أكمل.
_سيتم إرسال رسالة نصية للتحقق إلى رقم الجوال التي قمت بكتابته في البيانات، بها رقم السري.
_ كتابة هذا الرقم في خانة التحقق، ومن هنا تكون أكملت خطوات التسجيل.
_ويمكنك الآن الاستعلام عن الرقم التأميني الخاص بك، مدة الاشتراك، بداية الاشتراك بالتاريخ الهجري والميلادي.

_من خلال رسائل sms، إذا كان هاتفك في نظام (أبشر).
_أو من خلال رابط البوابة الإلكترونية للوزارة moh.gov.sa، مع العلم أنه لا يشترط منك إدخال اسم المستخدم، أو باسورد.
_ أو من خلال الاتصال على مركز الخدمة (937).
_وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن الخدمة مجانية، ولا تشترط أي شروط للحصول عليها، حيث سيتم إرسال إشعار المستفيد بنتائج آخر إجراء تم على المعاملة مباشرة في حينه.
