- في البداية قومي بوضع الليمون والكمون والبهارات فى وعاء عميق، وقومي بخلط جميع المكونات جيدًا.
- ضعي الكبدة في الوعاء الموجود به الخلطة، وتبليها ثم ضعيها في الثلاجة لمدة ساعة.
- قومي بوع الدقيق مع الردة، واخلطيهم جيدًا، ثم ضعي شراح الكبدة فيهم.
- في مقلاة غزيرة بالزيت ضعي شرائح الكبدة، على درجة حرارة متوسطة، وقلبيها من الجانبين.
- بعد أن يتم طهيها بشكل جيد، قدميها لأفراد أسرتك ساخنة.

في البداية قومي بتحضير المكونات التالية:
مكونات الكبدة البانيه بالقسماط فاطمة أبو حاتي
- فلفل
- ملعقة كبيرة خل
- 2 عصير ليمون
- كافر تغليف الكبدة
- كوب ردة ناعمة
- نصف كوب دقيق أبيض
- نصف كوب نشا
- كيلو شرائح كبدة
- ملعقة كبيرة ثوم بودر
- ملعقة كبيرة بصل بودر
- ملعقة صغيرة بهارات السبعة
- ملح
طريقة تحضير الكبدة البانيه بالقسماط فاطمة أبو حاتي
في إناء ضعي فيه الكبدة وملح وفلفل والثوم البودر والبصل البودر والبهارات والخل والليمون، ثم قومي بخلط جميع المكونات وقلبيهم مع بعضهم جيدًا، واتركي الكبدة في هذا الخليط لمدة نص ساعة.
اخلطي الردة مع الدقيق، والنشا وقومي بتقليبهم مع بعضهم جيدًا، واغمسي الكبدة في هذا الخليط.
ثم قومي بتغطيتها بالكافر ورصها بجانب بعضها علي طبق.
في مقلاة به زيت ساخن غزير ضعي الكبدة، واتركيها حتى تميل إلى اللون الذهبي.
