بعد أن قمنا بإحضار المكونات السابقة نبدأ الآن في طريقة التحضير:
- في البداية قومي بتقطيع الكبدة إلى شرائح رفيعة، وغسلها بالماء جيدًا.
- ثم قومي بفرم الثوم، وأضف إليه الملح والفلفل الأسود والليمون والبهارات.
- ضعي الكبدة في هذه الخلطة للتدبيل لمدة نصف ساعة.
- بعد أن تقومي بتصفية الكبدة من التدبيلة ضعيها في الدقيق.
- ثم بعد ذلك ضعيها في الردة.
- ثم بعد ذلك ضعيها في إناء الزيت الموجود على النار واتركيها قليلًا حتى تستوي.

- عصير ليمون.
- خل أبيض.
- بقدونس مفروم.
كيفية تحضير الكبدة بالردة زي المحلات
- اخلطي الفلفل الرومي مع البقدونس والملح والفلفل في كبة الخلاط.
- أضيفي الكزبرة والكمون والثوم، مع القليل من عصير الليمون والخل.
- يجب خلط كافة المكونات جيدًا حتى تصير متماسكة، وكالعجين.
- ثم نضع كمية من المياه على الكبدة إلى أن تصبح مبلولة.
- ثم نقوم بوضع الخليط عليها.
- ثم نضع الردة في الدقيق ويتم تحميرها في الزيت إلى أن تنضج.
