_3 أكواب من الماء.
_4 أكواب من الطحين الأبيض.
_رشة صغيرة من الملح.
_نصف ملعقة من السكر.
_ربع ملعقة من الفانيليا.
طريقة التحضير:
-في وعاء كبير نضع كل من الطحين الأبيض والسكر والملح والفانيليا ونخلطهم جيدًا.
_نضيف كمية الماء بالتدريج ونستمر في التقليب حتى نحصل على القوام المناسب.
_نترك العجين قليلًا ليرتاح.
_في مقلاة على النار نضع القليل من الزيت ونتركه على النار حتى يسخن ثم نضع كمية صغيرة من العجين بالمقلاة ونترك العجين في الزيت حتى يصبح لونه ذهبي قليلًا.
_نقلب الكريب على الوجه الآخر ونتركه حتى ينضج أيضًا، ويصبح لونه ذهبي.
_نرفع الكريب من على النار.
_نكرر هذه الخطوات حتى تنفذ كمية العجين الموجودة لدينا.
_نضع الحشو بالمكونات التي نرغب بها ثم نطبق الكريب على هيئة مثلث، ونقدمه للتناول.
طريقة عمل الكريب بالسبانخ

مكونات الكريب بالسبانخ
_كوب ونصف من الطحين الأبيض.
_كوب من السبانخ المفرومة.
_كوب ونصف من أي حليب نباتي.
_3 ملاعق كبيرة من زيت نباتي.
_ملعقة صغيرة من الملح.
_ملعقة صغيرة من البيكنج بالباودر.
طريقة التحصير:
_ نضع في الخلاط نضع كلًا من الحليب النباتي والملح والزيت ثم نخفقهم جيدًا حتى يمتزجوا.
_نضيف البيكنج باودر والطحين الأبيض ونستمر في الخفق حتى يصبح القوام سميك.
_نضيف السبانخ للخليط بعد أن تقومي بفرمها بشكل جيد، ثم نخفقها مع الخليط حتى يتجانسوا معًا.
_في مقلاة غير لاصقة على نار متوسطة الحرارة نرش القليل من الزيت النباتي ثم نضع كمية قليلة من العجين.
_نوزع الكمية في المقلاة ونترك العجين على الجانب الأول حتى تظهر بعض الفقاعات على الوجه.
_نقلب الكريب على الجانب الأخر ونتركه حتى ينضج.
_نكرر هذه العملية حتى ننتهي من كمية العجين الموجودة لدينا.
_ الآن أصبح الكريب جاهز التقديم.

المكونات:
_3 أكواب من الدقيق.
_ملعقة صغيرة من الملح.
-ملعقة ونصف من أي زيت نباتي.
طريقة التحضير:
_نخلط كل من الدقيق والماء والملح والزيت معًا حتى نحصل على قوام سائل ومتماسك.
_نترك العجين ليرتاح لمدة نصف ساعة.
_في مقلاة على نار متوسطة الحرارة نضع رشة من الزيت ثم نصب كمية صغيرة من العجين بالمقلاة.
_نترك العجين لمدة دقيقة على كل جانب.
_نرفع الكريب من على النار ونضع به الحشوة المفضلة، الكريب أصبح جاهز للتقديم في أطباق.
