المقادير بالكوب:
_9 بيضات متوسطة الحجم بدرجة حرارة الغرفة.
_كوب ونصف سكر ناعم.
_كوب ونصف دقيق.
_نصف كوب زيت عباد الشمس.
_فانيليا غامقة.
_رشة ملح.
المقادير بالجرام
_فانيليا.
_9 بيضات.
_رشة ملح.
_300 جرام سكر.
_210 جرام دقيق.
_109 جرام زيت.
مقادير الكريم شانتيه
2 باكو كريم شانتيه جاهز.
كوب حليب أو ماء مثلج.
طريقة تحضير الكريم شانتيه
نضع الكريم شانتيه في وعاء عميق، وإضافة عليه الماء أو الحليب المثلج.
نخفق الكريمة على سرعة عالية لمدة 3 أو 4 دقائق، حتى نحصل على قوام سميك ومتماسك.
بعد أن نقوم بفصل بياض البيض عن الصفار، نقوم بوضع بياض البيض في وعاء عميق، ونقوم بضربه بالمضرب الكهربائي جيداً حتى يصبح قوامه مثل الثلج.
نقوم بضرب الصفار مع السكر في وعاء آخر عن طريق المضرب الكهربائي، حتى يصبح كالمايونيز ثم يضاف إليه بياض البيض بعد أن قمنا بضربه، واحرصي على خلطهما سويًا برفق حتى لا يتسرب الهواء من بياض البيض.
جميع المكونات التي ذكرناها في السابق نقوم بإضافتها إلى إلى المزيج السابق برفق، وقومي بمزجهم جيدًا حتى يتم التجانس.
يسكب الخليط بشكل مبطن بقليل من السمن والدقيق، ثم يوضع في فرن ساخن على درجة حرارة 180 درجة مئوية، ويترك حتى تمام النضج حتى يصبح الكيك باللون الذهبي .
بعد ذلك نقوم بإخراج القالب من الفرن ويترك حتى يبرد تمامًا، ثم يقسم القالب إلى 3 أقسام وقومي بحشيه بالكريم شانتيه ويزين بالفواكه أو صوص الشوكولاتة حسب الرغبة.
الآن أصبحت الكيكة جاهزة للتقديم.
