في البداية نستعرض معكم المكرونة بالوايت صوص على طريقة الشيف مروة الشافعي:
مكونات عمل المكرونة بالوايت صوص مروة الشافعي
ثلاثة فصوص كبيرة من الثوم المهروس.
ملعقتان كبيرتان من الدقيق.
لتر لبن طازج البارد.
ملعقة كبيرة من الجبنة الكريمي.
مكعب مرقة دجاج.
دجاج مخلي حسب الرغبة والأفضل أن يكون الأوراك.
ملعقة صغيرة من ملح الطعام على حسب الرغبة.
ملعقة كبيرة من الفلفل الأسود.
ملعقة صغيرة من الثوم البودر.
ملعقة صغيرة من البصل البودر.
ملعقة كبيرة من الزبد.
ملعقة كبيرة من زيت الزيتون.
رشة صغيرة من جوزة الطيب.
كوبين صغيرين من شوربة الدجاج أو اللحم على حسب المتوافر لديك.
كيس من المكرونة، ولا يشترط نوع معين حسب رغبتك.
للتزين أحضري البقدونس.

طريقة تحضير المكرونة بالوايت صوص مروة الشافعي
_في البداية نضع مقدار لترين من المياه في إناء عميق، ثم نضيف إلى الماء ملعقة كبيرة من الزيت، وملعقة صغيرة من الملح، وعندما يصل الماء إلى الغليان نضع كيس المكرونة، ونترك المكرونة في الماء المغلي حتى يتم سلقها، بعد ذلك نصفي المكرونة من الماء جيدًا.
_في وعاء آخر نضع فيه الفراخ، ويفضل أن تكون أوراك، ثم نقوم بتتبيلها عن طريقة رشة صغيرة من الملح، مع الفلفل الأسود والثوم والبصل البودر.
_في القلاية نضع ملعقة كبيرة من زيت الزيتون، ثم نقوم بقلي الدجاج في الزيت على الوجهين.
_في إناء آخر كبير نضع فيه الزبدة وثلاثة ملاعق كبيرة منة الدقيق ثم نضيف إليه الثوم المهروس، ونستمر في التقليب وقبل أن يصل لون الثوم إلى اللون الأصفر نضيف الحليب البارد، ونستمر في التقليب.
_ثم نضيف الملح على حسب الرغبة، مع إضافة ملعقة صغيرة من الفلفل الأسود، وملعقة صغيرة من جوزة الطيب، كما نضيف معلقة كبيرة من الجبنة الكريمي والثوم البودر والبصل البودر ونقوم بالتقليب جيدًا، ثم نضع مكعب مرقة الدجاج، وثلاثة أكواب من الشوربة حتى يمتزج الدقيق بشكل جيد مع اللبن وبهذا يكون الوايت الصوص قد تم الانتهاء من عمله.
_في النهاية نأتي بطبق للتقديم نضيف إليه كمية من المكرونة البيضاء، عليها من فوق ملعقتين من الوايت صوص، فوقهم الدجاج المقطع مزين بالقدونس.

نصف كوب من الماء.
كوب من القشطة.
ملعقتين من الدقيق.
كيلو لحم مفروم.
بصلة كبيرة مفرومة.
فص ثوم مهروس.
مشروم مقطع قطع صغيرة.
نصف ملعقة صغيرة من الفلفل الأسود.
كيس مكرونة حسب الرغبة مسلوقة.

_ناتي بإناء كبير ونضع فيه لترين من المياه مع ملعقة من الزيت وملعقة من الملح، ثم نقوم بسلق المكرونة أيًا كان نوعها على حسب الرغبة.
_في وعاء آخر نقوم بوضع اللحم المفروم مع البصل، والثوم ونخلطهم مع بعضهم البعض جيدًا.
_نقوم بعمل اللحم على شكل كرات، أو أصابع، ثم نقوم بوضعهم في اللحم المشروم.
_ثم نضع شوربة المشروم، وكرات اللحم إلى الماء على النار على درجة حرارة منخفضة لمدة ستة ساعات أو ثمانية ساعات.
_في وعاء آخر نضع القشطة مع ملعقة صغيرة من الفلفل الأسود، والدقيق ثم نقوم بضربهم في المضرب.
_نضع ملعقة كبيرة من الشوربة الساخنة على الدقيق ونخلطهم بالمضرب جيدًا.
_نضع الصوص على النار لمدة نصف ساعة تقريبًا.
_في النهاية نضع المكرونة وعليها الوايت صوص ثم نضع عليها كرات اللحم.
