علاج نهائي للخوف بالقرآن
كن على يقين أن في القرآن العلاج لكل مشكلة، واعلم عزيزي القارئ أن خوفك وقلقك إنما هو من وساوس الشيطان، وقد ذكر الله تعالى ذلك في كتابه العزيز حيث قال جلا وعلا:(إنما ذلكم الشيطان يخوف أولياؤه)، وأمرنا الله عز وجل أن نستعيذ من الشيطان الرجيم قال تعالى:(من شر الوسواس الخناس).
واعلم أن الرزق بيد الله، وخزائن الله لا تنفد أبدًا، فكن على يقين بأن الله تعالى هو المقدر لك الرزق، وهو مانح الإحساس بالأمان والرضاء والراحة، ولا شئ غير الله قادر على تبديل حالنا إلى حال، فقال تعالى في كتابه العزيز:(وكأين من دابة لا تحمل رزقها الله يرزقها وإياكم وهو السميع العليم).
أدعية لعلاج الخوف والتوتر
هناك العديد من الأدعية التي تساعد على التخلص من التوتر والخوف بإذن الله، فإذا شعرت بالخوف أو التوتر تجاه أمر معين احرص على ترديد هذه الأدعية.
_استعن بالله واستعذ بالله من شر كل ما خلق: (أعوذ بكلمات الله التامة من شر ما خلق) ويستحب قول هذا الذكر صباحًا ومساءً ثلاثة مرات.
_أيضًا ردد دائمًا: (بسم الله الذى لا يضر مع اسمه شيء في الأرض ولا في السماء وهو السميع العليم).
(اللهم إنا نجعلك في نحورهم، ونعوذ بك من شرورهم).
(اللهم إني اسالك باسمك الاعظم، الذى اذا داسعيت به أجبت، وإذا سئلت به اعطيت، واذا استرحمت به رحمت، ان تفرج عنى ما انا به وأن تكفيني شر الحاسدين والمعادين وانصرني عليهم.
(أعوذ بكلمات الله التامات من غضبه وعقابه، وشر عباده ، ومن همزات الشياطين).
ما هو الفرق بين الخوف والقلق
أولًا: القلق:
القلق هو ترقب أحداث قادمة في المستقبل هذه الأحداث مجهولة، والقلق يأتي نتيجة التفكير المستقبل، بشكل زائد عن الحد، القلق يسبب عدم التركيز، ويعمل على تشتت الذهن.
ثانيًا: الخوف:
الخوف هو نتيجة القلق، فبمجرد ما تشعر بالقلق تجاه أمر معين حتى تشعر بالخوف، من الأحداث التي سوف تأتي، فعليك التخلص من القلق ومن التفكير في المجهول كثيرًا، فالمستقبل بيد الله وحده.
آيات قرآنية تخلصك من القلق والخوف والتوتر
احرص على ترديد الآيات التالية من القرآن الكريم بشكل يومي:
قراءة آية الكرسي بعد الانتهاء من الصلاة.
احرص على قراءة آية الإخلاص والمعوذتين دائما بانتظام بعد كل صلاة
الانتظام على قراءة آخر آيتين من سورة البقرة كل ليلة.
