علميًا: أضرار اللبن الصناعي مع لبن الأم للأطفال الرضع، يعد الحليب الغذاء الوحيد الذي يتغذى عليه الطفل في مرحلة الطفولة، وهو الوجبة الأولى التي يتناولها المولود أثناء ولادته، وبالتأكيد لا يوجد أعظم من حليب الأم الطبيعي، ولكن في بعض الحالات تلجأ الأمهات إلى استخدام الحليب الصناعي بدلًا من الطبيعي، وفي هذا الموضوع سوف نستعرض معكم أضرار اللبن الصناعي.

هناك العديد من الأبحاث الطبية التي تحدثت حول أضرار اللبن الصناعي على الجنين، ومن الأضرار التي تناولتها هذه الأبحاث ما يلي:
- تقليل المناعة لدى الأطفال: هناك أبحاث علمية أشارت إلى أن الحليب الصناعي يعمل على إنقاص مناعة الطفل، على عكس حليب الأم الذي تقدمها الأم لطفلها.
- وهناك أبحاث علمية أخرى أشارت إلى أن الجهاز المناعي للطفل يكون لديه القدرة على التصدي لأي فيروسات أو عدوى، بغض النظر عن الحليب الذي يشربه.
- إنقاص وزن الطفل: لأن الطفل لا يحتوي على المواد الغذائية اللازمة والتي لا تتوفر إلا في الحليب الطبيعي، حيث أن الحليب الصناعي يفتقر إلى المواد الغذائية اللازمة.
- قصر طول الطفل: لكن هناك أبحاث علمية أخرى أفادت أن هذا الأمر يعود إلى عوامل وراثية، ولا علاقة له بنوع الحليب الذي يتناوله الطفل.
ما هي أضرار اللبن الصناعي
- الإصابة بأمراض فقر الدم: وذلك لأن هناك بعض أنواع الحليب الصناعي تفتقر إلى العناصر الغذائية الكافية، واللازمة للطفل مثل أحماض الأوميغا 3، لحديد، الكالسيوم اللازم لنمو الأسنان والعظام وغيرها، على عكس حليب الأم الذي تتوافر فيه جميع العناصر الغذائية.
- التأثير على صحة الطفل: نظرًا لأن اللبن الصناعي لا يحتوي على بعض أنواع الهرمونات والأنزيمات الموجودة في الحليب الطبيعيّ، مما يؤثر بشكل كبير على صحة الطفل والقيام بالعديد من العمليات الحيوية بشكل صحيح.
- الإصابة بالإمساك ومشاكل عسر الهضم: حيث أوضحت العديد من الدراسات أن هذه الأمراض تحدث للطفل نتيجة اعتماد الأم على اللبن الصناعي وإغفال اللبن الطبيعي.
- الإصابة بمرض السكر: وذلك لأن الحليب الصناعي هو من الأبقاء، ويمر بالعديد من عمليات التصنيع، ما يؤدي إلى الإصابة ببعض السموم، التي تؤدي إلى الإصابة بمرض سكر الدم.
هل اللبن الصناعي يضر مع لبن الأم
- أكدت الدكتورة هبة الله أبو حسين، أستاذ طب الأطفال وحديثي الولادة بطب القصر العيني، على ضرورة اعتماد الأم على اللبن الطبيعي في الشهور الأولى لولادة الطفل، وعدم اللوجوء إلى اللبن الصناعي إلا في حالة الضرورة.
- وشددت على أن إذا كانت الأم عاملة يجب عليها أن تعتمد على شفط الحليب من الثدي بكمية مناسبة للطفل وحفظه في الـ«ببرونة»، ليتناوله الطفل أثناء تواجدها في العمل، وذلك بدلًا من اللوجوء إلى اللبن الصناعي.
- كما تؤكد الدكتورة هبة الله أبو حسين، على أن الجمع بين الرضاعة الطبيعية والرضاعة الصناعية يكون في حالات نادرة، ويكون تحت إشراف الطبيب المختص.
