- سورة الضحى من أعظم سور القرآن الكريم، وهي سورة مكية، تتكون من إحدى عشر آية.
- ترتيب سورة الضحى في فهرس المصحف الشريف هو الثالث والتسعين، وتقع في الجزء الثلاثين.
- في الربع السادس، في الحزب الستين تحديدًا.
- أنزل الله عز وجل سورة الضحى على النبي الكريم بعد نزول سورة الفجر.
- حيث بدأ الله سورة الضحى بالقسم، حيث قال تعالى: “وَالضُّحَى، وَاللَّيْلِ إِذَا سَجَى).
- كما ورد في سورة الضحى الحديث عن عدد من الموضوعات المختلفة.
- من أهمها التعريف بشخصية النبي الكريم عليه صلوات الله وسلامه.
- حيث أنعم الله عز وجل عليه بالكثير من الصفات الحميدة وفضائل الأخلاق، ومنحه النعم الكثيرة في الحياة الدنيا والآخرة.

سبب نزول سورة الضحى
- نزلت سورة الضحى بسبب تأخر نزول الوحي على سيدنا النبي محمد بن عبد الله عليه أفضل الصلاة والسلام.
- حيث حزن النبي لذلك حزنًا شديدًا، وبدأ كفار قريش يتأولون أن الله كره النبي وامتنع عن نزول الوحي عليه.
- لذلك أنزل الله عز وجل سورة الضحى، ليؤكد للكفار أن الله تعالى لا يمكن أن يكره نبيه الكريم.
- وأن السبب في تأخر نزول الوحي عليه، كان وجود كلب صغير (جرو) تحت سرير النبي، مما منع دخول الملائكة إلى بيته لتبليغه بالوحي.
- وعندما خرج الكلب من بيت الرسول، نزل عليه الوحي على الفور.
فضل قراءة سورة الضحى سبع مرات
- لم يثبت حديث صحيح في فضل سورة الضحى سبع مرات، وإنما ورد في حديث مكذوب لا يثبت أبدًا عن النبي -صلى الله عليه وسلم-.
- وهذا الحديث المكذوب هو ما رُوي عن أُبي بن كعب -رضي الله عنه- قال: ذُكر أنّ رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم-.
- قال: (من قرأَ سورةَ وَالضُّحَى سبع مرات عند طلوع الشمس وعند غروبها، لم يضع منه ضائع ولا يهرب له هارب ولا يسرق له سارق من بيته). “أورده ابن حجر في الكافي الشافي وحكم عليه بالوضع”.
- والحديث المكذوب لا يجوز الاحتجاج به ولا العمل بمقتضاه، ولا اعتقاد صحة ما يتضمنه، ولا نشره بين الناس إلا ببيان كذبه.
- ولا شك أنّ سورة الضحى سورة عظيمة فهي تتكلم عن حفظ الله -تعالى- لنبيه -صلى الله عليه وسلم.

فوائد سورة الضحى
- لا يوجد أي من الأحاديث المباشرة التي تذكر فضل سورة الضحى ولكن بعض من علماء التفسير ذكروا فضل هذه السورة الكبير، فهم يقولون بأنها تعبر عن لطف وكرم الله عز وجل على عباده.
- كما وجد في سورة الضحى التشجيع والتفاؤل والأمل وإلقاء الضوء على اليقين من قوة الله عز وجل.
- بجانب أن الآيات تقلل الشعور بالألم وتزيد من ثقة الناس أن الله سبحانه وتعالى يلبي كل احتياجاتهم.
