يعد الحرنكش من العناصر الغذائية الهامة فهو يحتوي على فيتامين A ، B1 ، B2 ، B3 كما يحتوي أيضًا على كربوهيدرات، فوسفور، بروتين، كالسيوم وحديد، وكلها عناصر تمد الجسد بفوائد صحية عديدة، وفي هذا المقال سوف نتعرف على فوائد الحرنكش كما سنلقي الضوء أيضًا على أضراره

فوائد الحرنكش:
1_ الحفاظ على القلب والأوعية الدموية:
يعمل الحرنكش على الحفاظ على القلب والأوعية الدموية، فهو غني بفيتامين ب 1، الذى يعمل على إنتاج أستيل كولين، الفعال في الجفاظ على صحة القلب والأوعية الدموية، الأمر الذي يقلل من عرضة الإصابة بنوبات قلبية.
2_ علاج التهاب المفاصل
يدخل الحرنكش في علاج التهاب المفاصل، فهوي يحتوي على فيتامين ب 3 النياسين، الذي يعمل على تدفق الدم في المناطق التي بها ألم، لذلك يعد الحرنكش من العناصر الغذائية التي ينصح بتناولها إذا كنت تعاني من التهاب المفاصل.
3_ الحفاظ على العين
يعمل الحرنكش على الحفاظ على عدسة العين، ويحافظ على عدسة العين من الاعتام، فهو يحتوي على فيتامين أ، وللعلم نقص فيتامين أ يسبب ضعف الرؤية، لذلك ينصح طبيًا بتناول الحرنكش للحفاظ على صحة العين.
الحفاظ على وزن الجسم:
إذا كنت تعاني من وزن الجسم، فيجب عليكي تناول الحرنكش فهو يحتوي على نسبة منخفضة من السعرات الحرارية، بالإضافة إلى احتوائه على عناصر تجعلك تشعر بالشبع لفترة طويلة.
الحمل:
الحرنكش يحتوي على عنصر الحديد، وهو مفيد للجنين، الأمر الذى يتطلب تناول الحديد بكمية يومية تبلغ حوالي 27 ملجرام، لذلك ينصح بتناول الحرنكش أثناء فترة الحمل لاحتوائه على عنصر الحديد.
علاج التهاب الحنجرة والأنفلونزا:
تستخدم أوراق الحرنكش في علاج التهاب الحنجرة والأنفلونزا، ومن عن طريق وضع أوراقه في كوب من الماء المغلي وشربه ثلاث مرات يومياً.
الوقاية من تليف الكلى والكبد:
أثبتت العديد من الدراسات العلمية الطبية أن الحرنكش يساعد على الوقاية من تليف الكلى والكبد.
تقوية الجهاز المناعى:
احتواء الحرنكش على فيتامين C، زاده أهمية غذائية، لأن فيتامين C يدخل في تحسين جهاز المناعة.
التئام الجروح:
يساعد الحرنكش فى إلتئام الجروح ونضارة البشرة، فهو يحتوي على فيتامين C، المضاد للالتهابات والمضادة للأكسدة.
انخفاض ضغط الدم:
احتواء الحرنكش على العناصر المضادة للأكسدة يساعدة على انخفاض ضغط الدم، فهو يعمل على التخلص من الكوليسترول الزائد فى الأوعية الدموية.
الوقاية من السرطان:
الحرنكش يحتوي على مستخلصات فيزاليان المسؤولة على الوقاية من السرطان.
أضرار الحرنكش:
على الرغم من الفوائد الصحية التي ذكرناها والتي يحتوي عليها الحرنكش، إلا أنه له أضرار جانبيه، سنذكرها فيما يأتي:
في حالة عدم الاعتناء بالحرنكش أثناء غسله يمكن أن يؤدي إلى التسمم، حيث يحتوي على السولانين، والذي يعتبر مركبًا سامًا، هذا المركب يؤدي إلى إحداث مشكلات في عملية الهضم، وتشنج المعدة.
لا يجب الإفراط في تناول الحرنكش، فقد أثبتت تجارب علمية أن الإفراط في تناول الحرنكش يسبب أضرار في القلب، لكن لم يؤدي لمشكلة لدى الإناث.
