تتيح شركة فودافون مصر Vodafone لكافة عملائها دون تمييز كود سلفني شكرا فودافون، لاستخدام هذه الخدمة في الظروف التي يصعب فيها على العميل شحن رصيد، فيمكن له استخدام كود سلفني من فودافون *868*3# على أن يقوم بعد ذلك بالنقر على زر اتصال وسيتم تنفيذ طلبه بالاشتراك في خدمة سلفني شكرًا.
شروط استخدام خدمة الاستلاف وسلفني شكرًا من فودافون مصر
- عدم وجود رصيد في شريحة فودافون.
- أن تكون الشريحة التي يمتلكها العميل قد مر على استخدامها مدة (ستة أشهر)0
- إذا كان العميل قد استخدم خدمة سلفني شكرًا حتى مبلغ (12 جنية) فلا يمكن استخدامها مرة أخرى إلا بعد شحن الرصيد وتسديد المبلغ الذي قام باستلافه من الشركة.
- تقوم الشركة بخصم مبلغ (50 قرشًا) عند كل مرة يقوم فيها العميل بتجديد خدمة استلاف رصيد من فودافون.

لعملاء فودافون تستطيع الاستلاف لو رصيدك خلص بداية من 4 جنيه حتى 32 جنيه، وممكن تستخدم أكثر من مرة في اليوم، وتقدر تستفيد من الخدمة عن طريق إدخال الكود التالي #3* وفودافون ستقوم بتحويل 3 جنيه، تكلفة الخدمة 1 جنيه، ويتم خصم 4 جنيه عند الشحن لأول مرة.

فودافون وفرت لعملائها الكرام خدمة الكلام على النوتة وده عن طريق، عن الاتصال بأي رقم تريد التواصل معه، وهتسمع رسالة صوتية بتأكد انك هتكمل مكالمتك لحد 3 دقائق مع خدمة “عالنوتة”، تكلفة الخدمة 50 قرش وسيتم خصمها عند شحن الرصيد و تقدر تستخدم الخدمة من القيمة المتاحة ليك من خدمات شكرا ” 2 جنيه، لمعرفة استهلاكك لخدمات شكرا “2 جنيه” أطلب #0*60* ببلاش.

لعملاء الكارت رسالتين “كلمنى شكراً ” مجاناً يومياً لأى رقم ڤودافون، وبـ5 قروش بدءًا من المرة الثالثة، يمكنك الاستفادة من الخدمة عن طريق الكود التالي: *505*رقم الموبايل #، وسعر الخدمة 15 قرش لو عايز تبعت لأي رقم على الشبكات الأخرى، و10 قروش لو عايز تبعت لاي رقم دولي.

تقدر تستخدم الخدمة عن طريق طلب الرقم الذي تود أن توصله والرقم هيجيله منك رنة، تكلفة الخدمة 10 قروش يتم خصمها عند شحن الرصيد،
