وقد يكون سبب الشعور بالخمول وكثرة النوم ما يلي:
- الإصابة بمشاكل في القلب أو التنفس
- الإصابة بالتهابات مختلفة
- نقص الفيتامينات في الجسم
- الإصابة بالتوتر والمشاكل النفسية
- عدم الحصول على النظام الغذائي المثالي
أعراض الإصابة بخمول الجسم
- الشعور الدائم بالإجهاد والإرهاق: أي تشعر بتعب كامل في الجسم.
- تعرق الجسم باستمرار حتى مع بذل مجهود بسيط
- إدمان النوم: فالشخص المصاب بالخمول يميل إلى النوم باستمرار.
- الشعور بحالة نفسية سيئة: فكلما شعر الشخص بالكسل وعدم الرغبة كلما ساءت حالته النفسية.
كيفية التخلص من الخمول وكثرة النوم
- تناول كميات كافية من المياه: لكون المياه تساعد على عدم الإصابة بالجفاف (Dehydration) الذي يسبب الخمول، لذا ينصح بتناول 8 أكواب ماء يوميًا.
- أخذ قسط كافي من الراحة والنوم: لابد من الحرص على النوم المنتظم وأخذ قسط كافي من النوم، وذلك لأن النوم المتقطع أو عدم النوم لعدد ساعات مناسب، يزيد من عملية الشعور الإحساس بالكسل والنعاس الدائم.
- الحفاظ على الوزن: عن طريق ممارسة الرياضة وفي حالة كانت هناك زائدة في الجسم ينصح باتباع نظام غذائي يخلصك من الدهون الزائدة.
- اتبع نظام غذائي صحي: عدم التخلي عن أي وجبة وتناول الأطعمة في موعدها والابتعاد عن الأطعمة التي تحتوي على السكريات والتي تؤدي إلى الشعور بالكسل والخمول.
علاج الخمول والتعب والرغبة الشديدة في النوم بالقران
أشار العديد من علماء الشريعة الإسلامية إلى مجموعة من الآيات التي تساعد على التخلص من الخمول والكسل، ومن هذه الآيات قول الله تعالى:
- قال تعالى: أمن يجيب المضطر إذا دعاه ويكشف السوء ويجعلكم خلفاء الأرض أإله مع الله قليلًا ما تذكرون” سورة النمل، آية 62.
- ربنا اكشف عنا العذاب إنا مؤمنون” سورة الدخان، آية 12. “فاستجبنا له فكشفنا ما به من ضر وآتيناه أهله ومثلهم معهم رحمة من عندنا وذكرى للعابدين” سورة الأنبياء آية 84.
- قوله تعالى” فلولا كانت قرية آمنت فنفعها إيمانها إلا قوم يونس لما آمنوا كشفنا عنهم عذاب الخزي في الحياة الدنيا ومتعناهم إلى حين” سورة يونس آية 98.
ما هي أسباب الدوخة والخمول وكثرة النوم
- نقص الفيتامينات بالجسم، وخاصة فيتامين ب المركب، مما يتسبب في الإصابة بالأنيميا، والتي تعد أحد أسباب الشعور بالخمول والرغبة في النوم.
- أمراض الإنفلونزا والبرد
- مشكلات في القلب والتنفس
- مرحلة البلوغ للجنسين والتغيرات الهرمونية
- تناول العقاقير المهدئة.
- الإضطراب في الغدة الدرقية وقلة إفرازها يزيد من الشعور بالخمول والكسل والرغبة في النوم.
- مشكلات في التنفس والشعور بالتوتر والقلق.
مشروبات طبيعية لعلاج الخمول
هناك العديد من المشروبات التي تساعد على التخلص من الخمول وتزيل الشعور بالرغبة في النوم من هذه المشروبات الزنجبيل، أو تناول شاي الزنجبيل بدون حليب.

يعد اليانسون من المشروبات التي تعمل استرخاء الجسمن وتقضي على الشعور بالأرق وقلة النوم، ويساعد اليانسون على التخلص من الخمول، ويمكن إضافة معلقة من اليانسون إلى كوب من الماء المغلي ويترك حتى يبرد قليلًا، كما يمكن إضافة الحليب لليانسون لفوائده في تهدئة الأعصاب.
