كيف أستيقظ لصلاة الفجر
قال الشيخ على فخر، مدير الحساب الشرعي بدار الإفتاء المصرية، إن أفضل طريقة للقيام لصلاة الفجر، والتغلب على وساوس الشيطان والنفس، هو الاستيقاظ على الفور عند سماع المنبة، وعدم الانصياع لوساوس الشيطان، وغلق المنبه، أو التكاسل في القيام فيتثاقل عليك النوم.
واستشهد بحديث عن الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم قال صلى الله عليه وسلم: “يعقد الشيطان على قافية رأس أحدكم إذا هو نام ثلاث عقد يضرب كل عقدة عليك ليل طويل فارقد فإن استيقظ فذكر الله انحلت عقدة فإن توضأ انحلت عقدة فإن صلى انحلت عقدة فأصبح نشيطا طيب النفس وإلا أصبح خبيث النفس كسلان”.

هناك آيات قرآنية تعينك على الاستيقاظ لصلاة على الفجر، منها:
قراءة خواتيم سورة الكهف اخر 3 آيات، فقال الشيخ محمد وسام أمين الفتوى بدار الإفتاء، حيث ذكر العلماء أنها مجربة في الاستيقاظ، كما أن النية الصادقة تساعدك على الاستيقاظ لصلاة الفجر، فالله سبحانه وتعالى سيعينك على القيام للصلاة.
ملك يوقظك لصلاة الفجر
يتسائل الكثير حول وجود ملك بالفعل يوقظك لصلاة الفجر، والحقيقة أنه لم يرد حديث ولا آية في القرآن الكريم حول وجود ملك يوقظك لصلاة الفجر، ولكن ثبت فيما أخرجه مسلم عن أبي هريرة -رضي الله عنه- أنّ رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم- قال: (يتعاقبون فيكم ملائكة بالليل والنهار، يجتمعون في صلاة الفجر وصلاة العصر، ثم يعرج الذين باتوا فيكم فيسألهم وهو أعلم كيف تركتم عبادي؟ فيقولون: تركناهم وهم يصلون وأتيناهم وهم يصلون).
إرشادات للاستيقاظ لصلاة الفجر
- الحرص على النوم مبكرًا وعدم التأخر في ساعات النوم، وتجنب السهر ليلًا، حتى تستيطع الاستيقاظ لصلاة الفجر وأنت في كامل نشاط.
الحرص على الآداب المتعلقة والالتزام بها قبل النوم منها: الدعاء قبل النوم، وجمع الكفين والنفث فيهما، وقراءة سورة الإخلاص والمعوذتين، والنوم على طهارة.
- عدم الإكثار من تناول الطعام في الليل، لأن كثرة تناول الطعام في الليل تثقل النوم.
- التقرب إلى الله تعالى بالدعاء، ومن ذلك الدعاء إلى الله تعالى بتوفيقك في الاستيقاظ لصلاة الفجر.
- استعانة العبد بما يعينه ويشجعه على أداء صلاة الفجر في موعدها كأن يستعين بأهله أو أصدقائه المواظبين على صلاة الفجر.
- الابتعاد عن القيام بأي محرمات في النهار، وحفظ الجوارح من القيام بأي محرمات.
دعاء للاستيقاظ لصلاة الفجر
مما يعين على أداء صلاة الفجر الدعاء ومن الأدعية التي تساعد العبد على الاستيقاظ لصلاة الفجر:
- اللهم إنه من صلّى الفجر فهو في ذمّتك، اللهم فأكرمنا بفضلك، بالوقوف وقت الفجر بالصلاة على بابك، يا أكرم الأكرمين.
- اللهم إنَّه لا معين إلا أنت، أعنّا يارب على القيام لصلاة الفجر.
- اللهم ياذا الفضل والمنَّة، وعدت بأنَّه من صلّى البردين له الجنة، اللهم فلا تحرمنا فضلك يا واسع المنة.
- اللهم إنِّي أقسم عليك، بكلِّ عمل خير عملته لوجهك الكريم، أن تعينني على القيام لصلاة الفجر، يا حليم يا عظيم
- اللهم يارب الأنام، وراحم الأنعام، أعنِّي على القيام لصلاة الفجر، يا ذا الجلال والإكرام.
- اللهم يا ناصر يا معين، يا وليّ المتقين، يا مجيب دعوة السائلين، لا تحرمني صلاة الفجر في وقتها، يا أرحم الراحمين.
