وصفة النشا والبطاطس لتفتيح البشرة
أضيفي ملعقة من النشا ملعقة صغيرة من الحليب البودرة مع ثمرة بطاطس، واخلطيهم مع بعضهم جيدًا، ثم قومي بوضع الخليط على بشرتك لمدة 20 دقيقة.
بعد أن يتم تجفيف القناع على البشرة، يتم غسل القناع بالماء الدافئ، مع وضع ماء الورد لإغلاق مسام البشرة.

يتم إضافة ملعقة كبيرة من النشا مع ملعقتين من ماء الورد، مع نصف ملعقة صغيرة من العسل الأبيض، وخلطهم مع بعضهم جيدًا، ثم وضع الماسك على البشرة لمدة 30 دقيقة، ثم القيام بغسل الماسك بالماء الدافئ.

- يعمل بياض البيض على منح البشرة النضارة والرونق اللازم، ويستخدم مع النشا عن طريق اتباع الخطوات التالية:
