كيف ينتقل ميكروب المعدة؟

وتزداد احتمالية انتقال العدوى إلى الأطفال والرضع، وتعتبر أكثر حدوثاً للبالغين في منتصف أعمارهم، لذا يُنصح بغسل اليدين جيدًا، وإعداد وجبات الطعام بشكل صحيح، وتوفير مياه نظيفة للشرب لتجنب الاصابة.
كيف يتم تشخيص حشرة المعدة؟
ينتج الشخص المصاب ببكتيريا الملوية أو كما تسمى الجرثومة الحلزونية، مواد تسمى بـ الأجسام المضادة للبكتيريا لمكافحة هذا الميكروب، ويمكن تشخيص المرض من خلال الكشف عن هذه الأجسام المضادة.. ومع ذلك، فإن هذه الطريقة لا تنجح في الأطفال والشباب، ويعد الكشف عن الجراثيم عن طريق إجراء التنظير وأخذ الجزيئات الصغيرة من سطح المعدة عند الضرورة. يمكن أيضًا اكتشاف وجود الميكروب عن طريق اختبار نفث يسمى اختبار تنفس اليوريا، وفي هذا الاختبار، يتم شرب مادة غير ضارة بالمريض. إذا كانت هناك بكتيريا في المعدة، يتم تكسير هذه المادة بواسطة البكتيريا ويتم اكتشاف نواتج التدمير في عينة التنفس، ويعتبر اختبار تنفس اليوريا من أدق الاختبارات التي تظهر وجود الميكروب في المعدة.
ماذا تسبب هيليكوباكتر بيلوري؟
تشمل الأمراض التي تسببها بكتيريا هيليكوباكتر بيلوري القرحة، والتهاب المعدة، وسرطان المعدة، والأورام اللمفاوية، وعسر الهضم (صعوبات في الجهاز الهضمي وآلام في المعدة وحرقان وغثيان وامتلاء). يمكن أن تؤدي عدوى الملوية الحلزونية أيضًا إلى مشاكل صحية مثل فقر الدم الناجم عن نقص الحديد وآلام البطن وتأخر النمو.

نظرًا لأن ميكروب المعدة عبارة عن جرثومة، فيجب معالجته بالمضادات الحيوية، ولكن من الصعب جدًا القضاء تمامًا على هذه البكتيريا من المعدة، وذلك بسبب وجود سائل معدي سميك على سطح المعدة يوجد به الميكروب، ومن الصعب تمرير تركيزات عالية من المضادات الحيوية إلى هذه المنطقة في جسم الانسان، فيما تتضمن معظم أنظمة العلاج تناول أكثر من دواء واحد لمدة 7-28 يومًا، وتشمل هذه الأدوية مضادًا حيويًا أو اثنين، بالإضافة إلى دواء يتحكم في إفراز الحمض من المعدة، وذلك نتيجة لاكتساب الميكروب مقاومة للأدوية، فقد تتكرر العدوى.
