- أنزل الله تعالى فيه القرآن قال تعالى: (شهر رمضان الذي أنزل فيه القرآن هدى للناس وبينات من الهدى والفرقان)، ويعد هذا الحدث من أعظم الأحداث التي وقعت في شهر رمضان المبارك، فهو كلام الله تعالى، الذي بين فيه الأحكام، وأخبار الأمم السابقة.
- فيه ليلة القدر، وهي ليلة خير من ألف شهر، ومن قامها إيمانًا واحتسابًا غفر الله له ما تقدم من ذنبه وما تأخر، قال الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم: (مَن قَامَ لَيْلَةَ القَدْرِ إيمَانًا واحْتِسَابًا، غُفِرَ له ما تَقَدَّمَ مِن ذَنْبِهِ، ومَن صَامَ رَمَضَانَ إيمَانًا واحْتِسَابًا غُفِرَ له ما تَقَدَّمَ مِن ذَنْبِهِ).
- يغفر الله تعالى به الذنوب، ويكون سبب لدخولك الجنة قال الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم:(أنَّ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ رَسولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عليه وسلَّمَ، فقالَ: أرَأَيْتَ إذا صَلَّيْتُ الصَّلَواتِ المَكْتُوباتِ، وصُمْتُ رَمَضانَ، وأَحْلَلْتُ الحَلالَ، وحَرَّمْتُ الحَرامَ، ولَمْ أزِدْ علَى ذلكَ شيئًا، أأَدْخُلُ الجَنَّةَ؟ قالَ: نَعَمْ).
أفضل العبادات في شهر رمضان
يحرص الكثير من المسلمين على التقرب إلى الله تعالى بالأعمال الصالحة في هذا الشهر المبارك، ومن أفضل العبادات التي يسن للمؤمن القيام بها في رمضان ما يلي:
الدعاء: يعد الدعاء من أعظم العبادات التي يتقرب بها العبد إلى الله تعالى، قال تعالى: (فاعبدني وأقم الصلاة لذكري)، والدعاء هو من أفضل الأعمال التي يتقرب بها العبد رمضان، ففي الدعاء خشوع وسكينة، وخضوع وذل لله تعالى، وما أعظم أن يكون خضوعك وذلك لله تعالى.
الصلاة: الصلاة من أفضل الأعمال التي يتقرب بها العبد إلى الله تعالى سواء في رمضان أو في غير شهر رمضان، والصلاة هي الركن الثاني من من أركان الإسلام الخمسة، وهي أول من يحاسب عليه يوم القيامة، وهي عمود الإسلام قال الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم: (رأسُ الأمرِ الإسلامُ، وعمودُه الصلاةُ).
قراءة القرآن: قراءة القرآن لها فضل عظيم، حيث أن قراءة الحرف الواحد من القُرآن تعدل عشر حسنات، لأنّه كلام الله -تعالى، قال الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم: (مَن قرأَ حرفًا من كتابِ اللهِ فلَهُ بِهِ حسنةٌ والحسنةُ بعشرِ أمثالِها لا أقول الم حرفٌ ولَكن ألفٌ حرفٌ ولامٌ حرفٌ وميمٌ حرفٌ).
الزكاة: من الأعمال العظيمة التي يقوم بها العبد في شهر رمضان، والله في عون العبد مادام العبد في عون أخيه، وقد كان النبيّ -عليه الصلاة والسلام- يُكثر من الصدقة والإحسان في رمضان، قال ابن عبّاس: (كانَ رَسولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّمَ أجْوَدَ النَّاسِ، وكانَ أجْوَدُ ما يَكونُ في رَمَضانَ حِينَ يَلْقاهُ جِبْرِيلُ، وكانَ يَلْقاهُ في كُلِّ لَيْلَةٍ مِن رَمَضانَ فيُدارِسُهُ القُرْآنَ، فَلَرَسولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّمَ أجْوَدُ بالخَيْرِ مِنَ الرِّيحِ المُرْسَلَةِ).
الفوائد الصحية لشهر رمضان
- الحفاظ على صحة القلب: حيث أن من فوائد شهر الصيام تقليل من خطر الإصابة بالنوبات القلبية، كما يعمل الصيام على الحفاظ على صحة القلب وتحسين أدائه.
- التخلص من السموم: من فوائد الصيام أنه يساعد الجسم على التخلص من السموم، حيث يعمل شهر رمضان على تنظيف القولون، والأمعاء، فالصيام عن تناول الطعام والماء، يقلل من دخول نسبة السموم في الجسم.
- إنقاص الوزن: شهر رمضان فرصة جيدة لمن يريدون الحصول على جسد متناسق القوام، كما أن شهر رمضان من الأوقات الفعالة لمن يريدون إنقاص وزنهم.
- الحفاظ على صحة الدماغ: من فوائد شهر رمضان أنه يعمل على تنشيط الخلايا العصبية بالدماغ، لكونه ينتج مجموعة من البروتينات الهامة والضرورية لصحة الدماغ.
كيف استعد لشهر رمضان المبارك
- يمكنك الاستعداد لشهر رمضان المبارك بالاستغفار والأكثار من ذكر الله تعالى، والتوبة الصدوق إلى الله تعالى.
- الاستعداد النفسي بالتوبة إلى الله وعدم العودة إلى المعاصي مرة أخرى.
- سلامة القلب من الحسد والضغينة، والحقد: يجب أن يستقبل المؤمن شهر رمضان بصدر رحب، وبقلب سليم قال تعالى: (” إلا من أتى الله بقلب سليم “.
- الاستعداد لشهر رمضان بالعزم على القيام بالأعمال الصالحة ومساعدة الفقراء والمساكين والغير قادرين.
- احرص من الآن على تدريب نفسك على الصيام وقراءة القرآن.
- اعقد النية من الآن على صيام شهر رمضان المبارك إيمانًا واحتسابًا.
