- الدخول على موقع الشهر العقاري وبعد ذلك الضغط على خدمة توثيق التوكيل.
- الضغط على تحرير توثيق رسمي.
- ادخل بيانات الطرفين والرقم القومي والعنوان بالتفصيل.
- اختيار المحافظة والجهة التابع لها.
- ادخل بيانات الطرف الثاني “الرقم القومي، العنوان، رقم المصنع، المحافظة”.

- أن تكون البطاقة سارية للطرفين

- الشخص طالب التوكيل يكون من الدرجة الأولى وأحدى أطراف التوكيل.
- الطرف الأخر في التوكيل تربطه قرابة حتى الدرجة الثالثة أو محامى.
