المحشي من الوجبات الأساسية على سفرة الطعام المصرية، ويجهل الكثير طريقة تحضير المحشي الكرنب، وإليكم كيفية عمل المحشي الكرنب بالتفصيل، ولكن في البداية لابد من إحضار المقادير التالية:
مقادير المحشي الكرنب
- 1 كرنب متوسطة
- 3 ثمرات طماطم مبشورة، أو يمكن استبدلها بكوب من صلصة الطماطم “المسبكة”.
- 1 بصلة صفراء، مفرومة
- 1 ملعقة الكمون
- 1 طماطم شرائح
- ماء
- 1 كوب أرز
- بصلة صفراء شرائح
- 1 كوب طماطم، المفروم أو مكعبات
- 1/2 كوب بقدونس مفروم طازج
- 1/2 كوب شبت طازج مفروم
- ملح وفلفل
- 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة فلفل أحمر
- 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة بهارات
- 1/4 كوب زيت الزيتون
طريقة تحضير المحشي الكرنب
- في البداية قومي بإزالة الأوراق الأولى من الكرنب
- قومي بغسل الكرنب بالماء البارد أولًا.
- ثم قومي بتقطيع الكرنب إلى قطع صغيرة تصلح للغ، ويفضل أن تقطعي الكرنب إلى مربعات.
- ضعي إناء على النار به ماء واتركيه حتى يصل إلى مرحلة الغليان.
- ضعي ورق الكرنب في إناء به ماء مغلية.
- أخرجي الكرنب من الماء، واتركيه حتى يبرد ثم قطعى الأوراق إلى أصغر وقومى بإزالة أى عروق سميكة.
طريقة عمل حشو المحشي
يقصد بحشو المحشي المكونات التي تتواجد في المحشي، وطريقة إعدادها تتم كالتالي:
- في وعاء كبير قومي بوضع الأرز والبصل المفروم، والطماط المفرومة والأعشاب والتوابل، والزيت.
- ثم أضيفي /2 كوب من صلصة الطماطم و1/4 كوب الماء، وتخلط بملعقة.
- اتركي الخليط على النار لمدة خمس دقائق.
كيفية لف المحشي
تعد عملية لف المحشي من الأمور التي تجد معظم السيدات صعوبة في تنفيذها وتتم لف المحشي عن طريق الخطوات التالية:
- في البداية قومي بوضع ورق الكرنب على سطح خشبى مستوي
- أضيفي ملعقة من خليط المحشي إلى الورق.
- ثم اذهبي إلى نهاية الورقة، وابدأي في لف الورقة، واحرصي على أن تحكمي الإغلاق حتى لايخرج الحشو من ورق الكرنب
- كرري هذه العملية مع كافة أوراق الكرنب.
- ثم قومي برص واحدة تلو الأخرى في الحلة.
