طريقة تحضير شاي الميرمية
للحصول على كوب شاي كلاسيكي للميرمية سوف نحتاج إلى كوب من الماء+ 7 ورقات مرمية+ سكر حسب الرغبة+ ملعقة صغيرة من قشور الليمون+ ملعقة كبيرة عصير الليمون.
طريقة التحضير :
نقوم بوضع كوب من الماء يغلي.
بعد أن يغلي الماء نضع جميع المكونات التي لدينا في الماء المغلي ونترك المكونات تغلي معًا.
نطفئ النار ونغطي كوب الشاي ونتركه 20 دقيقة.
نقوم بتصفية الكوب ونتناوله مرة واحدة يوميًا ويفضل على الريق للاستفادة منه.
