- في البداية قومي بغسل الخيار جيدًا.
- ثم قومي بشق الخيار بالسكينة إلى نصفين.
- نقوم بتذويب الملح في ربع ماء مغلي.
- ثم نقوم بإحضار برطمان ونضع فيه كافة المكونات السابقة.
- بعد أن وضعنا كافة المكونات في البرطمان نقوم بوضع الماء المغلي على أن يغطي كافة المكونات، ثم نقوم بغلق البرطمان جيدًا.
- تستطيع أن تأكل الخيار المخلل إن قمت بكافة الخطوات السابقة بعد حوالي 14 ساعة تقريبًا.
طريقة عمل خيار مخلل صحي
المكونات:
- كوب من الماء.
- ثلث كوب خل من النوع المفضل لديك.
- 2 ملاعق كبيرة من السكر( هذا الأمر اختياري على حسب الرغبة).
- 2 ملاعق صغيرة من الملح.
- 2 كوب من الخيار المقطع.
- بصل مقطع أو بصل أخضر على حسب الرغبة مقدار نصف كوب.
- من الممكن أن نضيف الفلفل الرومي، والطماطم على حسب الرغبة.
طريقة تحضير الخيار المخلل الصحي
- أولا نقوم بإضافة الماء والخل والسكر والملح في وعاء صغير.
- نقلب المزيج جيدًا حتى يذوب السكر والملح.
- ثم نضيف الخيار والبصل.
- يجب تغطية كل الخيار بالمحلول المحلى.
- ثم قوم بوضعه في الثلاجة واتركه لمدة طويلة، فإن إبقائه المكونات مع بعضها لمدة طويلة يزيد من نكهة الخيار.

- في البداية نحضر المكونات التالية:
- كيلو جرام خيار بلدي.
- 4 ملاعق كبيرة ملح.
- ربع ملعقة كبيرة من السكر.
- على حسب الرغبة من الممكن إضافة حبات الفلفل الأخضر الحار.
- ماء حسب الحاجة.

- اغسلي الخيار والفلفل جيدًا ثم وزعيهم في برطمان زجاجي نظيف.
- اخلط الماء مع الملح والسكر جيدًا ثم أضيف المحلول المحلي إلى البرطمان.
- احكمي إغلاق البرطمان جيدًا واتركيه جانبًا لمدة 3 أسابيع حتى ينضج تمامًا.
- تذوق الخيار المخلل لتتأكد من طعمه الرائع.
