في البداية أحضري المكونات التالية:

2 كوب حليب.
كوب ونصف دقيق.
3 بيضات.
2 ملعقة سمنة أو زيت.
رشة ملح.
رشة فلفل أسود.

في البداية قومي بإحضار وعاء، وضعي في الوعاء الدقيق والحليب والبيض، وضيفي الملح والفلفل الأسود، وباستخدام مضرب البيض الكهربائي أو اليدوي، قومي بخلط جميع المكونات معًا جيدًا.
_ثم قومي بإحضار مقلاة وادهنيها بقليل من السمنة أو الزيت، وضعيها على نار هادئة.
_ثم ضعي عجينة الكريب عن طريق ملعقة كبيرة، أو مجرفة كبيرة ، ووزعي العجينة على شكل دائري، في المقلاة، واتركيها لعدة ثواني حتى يتحمر الوجه.
_ثم قومي بقلب العجينة على الجانب الآخر بهدوء من الأطراف، واتركي الجانب الآخر حتى يتحمر الوجه الآخر أيضًا.
بعد أن تقومي بعمل نفس الخطوات على كافة عجينة الكريب قومي، بإضافة الحشو الذي تريديه إلى العجينة، يمكنك إضافة البطاطس المحمرة، أو الفراخ المقطعة إلى قطع صغيرة، أو أي حشو آخر ترغبي في إضافته إلى العجينة.

_في البداية قومي بخلط الدقيق الدقيق واللبن والبيض والملح والفلفل لتحصلي على خليط الكريب المميز، أو ما يسمى بعجينة الكريب.
