أفضل 3طرق لتحضير ماء الورد؟
ربما لدى الكثير منا تجارب واستخدامات عديدة مع ماء الورد، برشه على الوجه أو تضمينه في مشروبات للاستفادة من عناصره الغذائية الموجودة في ماء الورد، لكن القليل فقط من يعرف كيفية صناعته في المنزل. فما هي طريقة عمل ماء الورد وصناعته منزليا؟

كيف تصنع ماء الورد في المنزل؟
يمكن صنع ماء الورد العطري من زهور تسمى بتلات الورد، ويمكن الحصول عليها من أي متجر أو مراكز تسويق كبيرة مع كل ما يلزم من المكونات الأخرى، ثم بعد ذلك يبقى أن نعرف طرق وظروف التحضير المناسبة.
الخطوات
- تجفيف الورد: يجب شراء أو قطف بعض الورود الطازجة، مع الحرص علي الآتي:
اختيار الورد البلدي الناضج الذي تفتحت بتلاته بالكامل (ويكون الوقت الأنسب لقطف الزهور بعد جفاف الندى وقبل حمية الظهيرة).
نزع البتلات عن الساق مباشرة من فوق قاعدة البتلات (وللعلم تخلو البتلات المنزوعة عضويا من أي مبيدات أو مواد كيميائية). - غسيل البتلات
عن طريق غمرها بالماء جيدا للتأكد من تغطيتها، وخصوصا عند وضعها في الوعاء المقطر، لتصفية أي شوائب أو أوساخ عالقة، ثم توضع البتلات على نار هادئة، مع تركها حتى تفقد لونها ويكون ذلك لمدة تترواح بين 10 – 15 دقيقة. - الحصول على ماء الورد
بعد تغيير اللون يمكن تصفية الماء مع الضغط على البتلات لتحقيق الاستفادة منها الكاملة، وبعد أن تعتصر يترك المنقوع لبعض الوقت أولا خارج الثلاجة.
طريقة عمل ماء الورد للوجه في المنزل
ويمكن فعل ذلك عن طريق الورد المجفف، وهناك طريقتين لذلك: التقطير والغليان.
طريقة عمل ماء الورد بالغليان في المنزل
المقادير
- نصف كوب بتلات أزهار مجففة.
- كوب ماء مقطر.
- إناء طبخ.
- زجاجة داكنة اللون.
- قطعة قماش قطنية من الخامة الخفيفة.
طريقة التحضير
- نضع بتلات الأزهار في الإناء، ثم نغطيها بالماء.
- وضع الإناء على النار، مع الحفاظ على أقل درجة حرارة يمكن أن تسبب الغليان.
- الاستمرار في الغليان إلى أن يختفي لون الأزهار.
- بعد ذلك نترك الوعاء ليبرد تماما.
- ثم نقوم بتصفية المكونات باستخدام قطعة القماش.
- وضع الماء المصفي في الزجاجة داكنة اللون، ثم يصبح جاهزا للاستعمال.
صنع ماء الورد عن طريق التقطير
المقادير
- نصف كوب بتلات أزهار مجففة.
- ثلج – ماء مقطر.
- قالب طوب نظيف.
- وعاء طبخ كبير.
- وعاء معدني أو زجاجي مقاوم الحرارة.
- زجاجة داكنة اللون.
طريقة التحضير
- وضع قالب الطوب في وسط الإناء الكبير.
- ثم نضع الوعاء المعدني فوق قالب الطوب.
- ثم نضع بعد ذلك بتلات الأزهار في الإناء الكبير حول قالب الطوب.
- صب الماء فوق البتلات حتى تغمر قالب الطوب.
- تغطية الإناء قبل وضعه على النار، حتى يتبخر الماء ويتجمع على الغطاء من الداخل.
- نضع بعد ذلك الثلج فوق غطاء الإناء من الخارج، ليساعد على تكثف قطرات الماء المتبخرة وتتساقط وتتجمع.
- تركه مدة كافية، ثم إزالة الإناء من على النار وتركه يبرد تمامًا.

على الرغم من أن السائل العطري كان عنصرًا أساسيا لعدة قرون في الشرق الأوسط، لكن يعتبر الخبراء أن منطقة قمسار وهي مدينة صغيرة في وسط إيران من أفضل الأماكن في العالم لصنع ماء الورد، نظرا لطبيعة المكان التي تسمح بتوافر كل الظروف المثالية من حيث جودة التربة والحرارة والرياح. وهو تقليد ثقافي هناك حتى يومنا هذا، حيث يعد أكثر من مجرد عمل تجاري.
