أهم وسائل الوقاية من السموم القاتلة
يحيط بالإنسان العديد من الأخطار والسموم القاتلة التي تضر بصحة الإنسان،نتيجة التسربات الكيميائية التي تتسرب أحيانًا من المصانع إلى التربة والماء، وهو ما يسبب بالضرر للإنسان، كما أن هذه المواد الكيميائية قد تنتشر في الهواء، وتعد البيئة من أهم الوسائل التي تتضر بالإنسان، المواد الكيميائيّة تلوّث الهواء والماء والغذاء، هذا السموم قد تصل إلى جسم الإنسان أو الحيوان مما ينتج حوادث التسمّم التي تتضر بالإنسان، وفي هذا المقال سوف نتعرف على طرق الوقاية من أخطار السموم التي قد يتعرض لها الإنسان، كما سنتعرف على أنواع هذه السموم، تابعونا في السطور التالية.

_ المبيدات الحشرية والأسمدة الزراعية التي تستخدم للتربة، مضرة بشكل كبير لصحة الإنسان.
_ أملاح الرصاص مثل طلاء ألوان الرسم، الذين يستخدمه الرسامين، أو الطالبين الدارسين في كلية فنون جميلة.
_ مستحضرات الزئبق مثل مطهرات الجروح
_ مستحضرات الحديد كفاتح الشهية المستخدم للأطفال.
_ غاز أول أكسيد الكربون.
_ المستحضرات التي يستخدمها النساء في التجميل مثل صبغات ومثبّتات للشعر.
_ مشتقات النفط مثل البنزين والسولا.
_ الكلور أيضًا من أنواع السموم الضارة الذي يجب وضع في مكان غير متناول لأيدي الأطفال.
_ مستحضرات اليود مثل صبغة اليود.
_ النفثالين المستخدم في حماية السجاد من التلف والعفن.
_ كافة أنواع المنظفات الكيميائية.
_ الأدوية والعقاقير المختلفة، مثل: الأفيون، والمورفين.
_ الأدوية التي يدخل الزئبق في تركيبتها.
_ المنتجات الطبية التي يدخل اليود في تركيبها.
أهم طرق الوقاية من السموم
_ غسل الأيدي بشكل جيد، عند التعامل مع المبيدات الحشرية، أو الكلور أو كل الأشياء التي ذكرناها وتسبب ضرر، حتى لا تتسرب تلك السموم إلى الجهاز الهضمي.
_ ارتداءات الكمامات، خلال التعامل مع التفاعلات الكيميائية، لتقليل استنشاق المواد السامة، واستخدام القفازات أثناء التعامل أيضًا مع المواد الكيميائية.
_ غسل الفواكهة والخضروات جيدًا أكثر من مرة، للتخلص من بواقي المواد الكيميائية.
_ اجعل الأدوية بعيدة عن متناول الأطفال.
_ ارتداءات ملابسات مخصصة في التعامل مع التفاعلات والمواد الكيميائية، والتخلص منها بعد الانتهاء.
صور أضرار السموم على صحة الإنسان
قد يصاب الإنسان بأضرار في جهاز التنفس، نتيجة تعرضه للهواء الملوث بالغازات السامة، وقد يصاب بالتسمم إذا تسربت هذه المواد إلى الجهاز الهضمي، وقد تظهر هذه السموم على شكل حروق في جلد الإنسان.
