ومن هذه الخدمات الاستعلام عن القضايا بالرقم القومي، وهناك طريقتين لعمل ذلك من خلال موقع وزارة العدل، أو عن طريق الدخول على موقع الحكومة المصرية.

خطوات الاستعلام بالترتيب (موقع الحكومة المصري):
1- الدخول إلى الموقع، ثم تحديد تسجيل الدخول إلى الخدمات من الصفحة التي تظهر بها الأقسام.
2- تحديد “استعلام المحاكم” ثم إدخال البيانات المطلوبة (القضية المستعلم عنها).
3- سيظهر لك الاستفسار باستخدام الأرقام المدنية، بدلا من الطرق القديمة.

الخطوات بالترتيب للكشف عن أحكام القضايا:
- الدخول إلى موقع الحكومة المصرية.
2. اختر من الصفحة الرئيسية للموقع “الخدمات الإلكترونية” ثم اختر “الاسعتلام عن القضايا”.
3. تسجيل البيانات المطلوبة في الصفحة الخاصة بالاستعلام، ومنها “درجة المحكمة، رقم ونوع الدعوة”.
4. بعد إدخال البيانات اضغط على عرض التفاصيل.

الخطوات بالترتيب:
- الدخول إلى موقع وزارة العدل المصرية من خلال الرابط في المصادر.
2. اضغط الاستعلام على موقف دعوى.
3. بعد ذلك سيظهر لك خانة إدخال درجة الدعوى (استئناف – نقض – جزئي).
4.اختيار المحكمة المنظور أمامها الدعوى.
5. اختيار بعد ذلك نوع الدعوى نفسها كما سيظهر لك من كل أنواع الدعاوي.
6. اختيار سنة الدعوى.
7. الضغط في النهاية على البحث، وسيظهر لك موقف دعواك القصية.
