الوحام متي يبدأ وما هي أعراضه؟
تعتبر الشهور الأولى من الحمل أصعب فترة عندما تعاني المرأة من الوحام أثناء هذه الشهور، وتتباين فترة ونوعية الوحام بين امرأة وأخرى ولكن يبقى أبرزها تقلب المزاج واشتهاء أنواع معينة من الطعام، فكيف يمكن التعامل مع الشهور الأولى من الحمل؟ وما هي اعراض الوحام؟

أعراض الحمل
قبل الحديث عن الوحام، دعنا نشرح الأعراض الأولية التي تسبق هذه الفترة وما يدل على الحمل، حيث تبدأ الأعراض تدريجياً قبل الحمل وانقطاع الدورة الشهرية، ومن هذه الأعراض التي تختلف من امرأة إلى أخرى:
- الإحساس بالغثيان: فترة الصباح الباكرة عند الاستيقاظ ومباشرة مع تقدم مراحل النوم، وهو إحساس طبيعي تمر به السيدات.
- وهناك العديد من النساء يصبن بأعراض أخرى مصاحبة، مثل:
- زيادة الوزن وتضخم الثدي.
- التعب السريع والإرهاق.
- الشعور بالنعاس والرغبة المحلة في النوم حتى بعد الاستيقاظ.
- الشعور بالخدرأو الحكة في بعض الأحيان: وخاصة في منطقة الصدر.
- التبول بشكل مفرط: والشعور بالذهاب إلى المرحاض كثيرا، على الرغم من وجود كمية صغيرة من البول مخزنة لا تكاد تذكر.
متي يبدأ الوحام؟
يشعر عدد كبير من النساء بأعراض الوحام، في الشهر الثاني من الحمل، وتستمر هذه المرحلة حتى الشهر الثالث، وهناك بعض النساء تعاني في أوقات أخرى مختلفة، وهذه الأعراض ما يلي:
- الإقبال على تناول أطعمة معينة وكره بعض العادات: مثل الابتعاد عن التدخين ورائحة التبغ في العموم، بما في ذلك من تغيير مفاجئ في بعض الأشياء التي من الممكن أن تكون المرأة قد اعتادت على وجودها في المحيط الداخلي أو الخارجي. هذا بالإضافة إلى اشتهاء أنواع معينة من الطعام وخصوصا الأطعمة التي يصعب الحصول عليها أو الأطعمة غير الموسمية.
- النفور في المقابل من أطعمة أخرى: وفي هذا الصدد نشير إلى الاشمئزاز من تناول بعض الأطعمة وهو شئ عادي تماما، وإن كان لا يتناسب مع أي نوع من المنطق، كما يظهر.
نصائح فترة الوحام
- لا ينصح الأطباء بتناول عقاقير الغثيان في فترة الحمل.
- تظهر علامات الوحام في الصباح الباكر ثم تزول بعد ذلك بساعات.
- أسباب الوحام هي على الغالب أسباب نفسية وعصبية.
- ينصح بتجنب الزبدة والمواد الدهنية في وجبة الصباح للحامل.
- كما ينصح بالطعام الخفيف، مثل اللبن والعسل والأرز بالحليب والبيض.
- ينصح أيضا بإبقاء المعدة مملوءة في معظم أوقات النهار.
أعراض الوحام بولد
لا توجد حتى الآن أية دراسات علمية تثبت صحة أعراض الوحام بولد، والطبيعي أن احتمالية الحمل ببنت مساوية تماما لاحتمالية الحمل بولد، بنسبة 50% إلى 50%.
لكن تذكر بعض العادات والتقاليد الشعبية عددا من علامات الحمل بذكر، ومن أبرز أعراض الوحام للحامل بولد ما يلي:
- الوحم بالأطعمة المالحة، مثل المخللات.
- يصبح شعر الأم أطول وأكثف، مع تحسن البشرة واكساب الوجه نضارة وإشراق.
